"I purchased this for my son's room as a little added touch. I should have read the reviews first though! I bought the red and blue rockets, very plain, cardboard, not worth the price."

Disappointed
"I bought these rockets to replace the beautiful butterflies (also from Land of Nod) in my sons room (which he inherited from his big sister) but these are nothing more than a cardboard cutout on a string ... it looks cheap and does not give the pop that I was looking for in my sons room. He really loves looking at the butterflies and I thought since he's a boy I could find something more masculine. The photo is also misleading in that it looks like you can hang the rockets at an angle when actually they just fall straight.
I will be looking for something better for his ceiling."

"Lucky me! Land of Nod sent me all three of these hanging rockets to try out and write a review. Here's my honest review:
PROS: These are very easy to put together and hang. If you're looking for a quick and easy way to add a little something extra to your kid's room, these hanging decorations are good. LON provides long enough string that you can manipulate the hanging length of the rockets well.
My 13 month old gravitated towards them immediately, as you can see in the photo (I had not yet hung the stars).
And here's an idea!....I think these would be great to hang over a changing table. They catch the little ones' eyes, and I think they would be a great distraction during diaper changes!
CON: For paperboard, they are a little on the pricey side at $10.95 each, when you'd really need more than one to make a statement. Also, just to note, you'll need to figure out how to hang them from the ceiling (ex. you'll probably need something like 3M hooks to hang the string from)."
