"I purchased this piece along with the other District bench to use as a sideboard in my kitchen. I loved the way LoN styled theirs so taking a note from their pages, I stored my multitudes of craft supplies including acrylic artists paints.
Well... I have a very curious almost-2 year old who figured out how to open up the box that stores my paints followed by opening up a tube of primary blue paint. In a mother's haste, I grabbed him up to wash him off (thankfully I caught him before he ate the non-toxic paint), and some of the blue paint got on the white shelf. After cleaning him up I went to assess the damage. I took a damp cloth to the not-yet-dry paint and was able to remove all of it without ruining the furniture, restoring it to its normal state. Land of Nod, you definitely know what you're doing! Kudos!"
"This bench is a great value for the money; the materials used are solid and the asymmetrical style makes it look classy and modern. My husband put it together quickly with no complaints. I like that I can toss items in the bin side, and stack books in the cube side. Plus, extra seating never hurts!"
