Girly yet classy
"My 5 year old wanted a more feminine bedroom, but I dislike having cartoonish furnishings. This duvet pleases us both. In fact, she was ecstatic - I mean, pink and gold both?!?
The duvet (and) sham are remniscent of a sari, and the weave is slightly looser than a typical duvet that is made of sheeting material. However, it is soft and seems well made. I washed it and put it into the dryer promptly, and it came out looking nice. No wrinkling or puckering.
The pink is really quite a hot pink. It was brighter than I expected. The bottom of the duvet has a button closure. There are no ties on the inside corners, so I am going to pick up some duvet clips.
Overall, very nice set."
