Tower of Babble

Will this tower prepare your child for heavy geopolitical discussions? Perhaps not, but it should, however, encourage dialogue about animals, shapes, numbers, seasons and colors. Details, details - Ten stacking blocks Age range - 2 and up

Better than your average blocks
"We received these as a gift to replace our M&D stacking blocks that my son had gradually destroyed. These replacement blocks are so much more beautiful and fun to look at! When I first started creating towers with him with the new blocks he had a blast pointing to all the pictures that he recognized and telling me what he saw. The variety of images and phrases has much more potential than your standard set of alphabet blocks. I highly recommend."

Great Buy!
"We love these blocks! We bought these for my son when he was 1. He is still playing with them a year and a half later. These were great to learn fine motor skills with when my son was younger. Now they are fun to knock down! My daughter is starting to play with them now. I'm amazed at how well they've worn (despite standing on them, chewing them, etc.). I would definitely recommend these and will likely buy more with additional kids."

A Huge Hit!!
"This is a favorite of ours. It is made of heavy cardboard, so it is perfect for very young children/babies. My daughter has loved hers since she was about 6 months old. It grew with her, and she still plays with it at 2.5. It was great with hand eye coordination in the beginning, and now it is mostly a lot of fun to knock down! There is something so beautiful about the illustrations on each box, and at first I was put off by how lightweight they were, but now realize that they were MUCH better than the set of heavy wooden ones we also own. The only negative thing I can say is that they do get pretty beat up looking quickly, and don't hold up to sitting or stepping on, but ours are still going strong!"

Perfect for the little ones
"I purchased this set for my 14 month old niece and although she loves them, I think her mom loves them more because they look so classy and chic :) She's not a fan of regular, plastic baby toys."

Fantastic Toy
"My grandson Henry loves the tower of Babble and we talk about animals shapes seasons colors and numbers. Henry and I play with these and match them to items around the house or on TV. Henry also spots numbers and shapes when we are shopping. What a wonderful toy to grow up with"

Don't Pass These Up!
"These blocks are FANTASTIC! It was one of the toys that my children kept picking up to play with. With 10 different beautifully illustrated heavy laminated cardboard stacking blocks, there was always a use for them: a garage for a car, a tower, a town, a doll chair, a cubby for a stuffed animal...they were even stepped on quite a few times during our 7 year ownership and held up like troopers with my oldest and a set of twins!!"

So Interesting
"I purchased these blocks when my baby was very young and have had them stacked in her room ever since. Now that she is 10 months and actively all over the place she still doesn't knock them down much. I guess they are like a piece of furniture to her. I look forward to when she is older and discussing each concept with her. For now, I have enjoyed very much looking at them while feeding her. The card board is sturdy but I could see how under heavy abuse they could wear. They are definitely not to be chewed on."

Lightweight for little hands
"First off, these are beautiful blocks. My son loves playing with these (he is 9 months now). They are lightweight which is perfect for grabbing and stacking. Since they are open on the bottom, it makes it so easy for him to hold them...genius!"

So cute!
"For now, these blocks are only decoration because baby is much too young to play with them. The artwork is adorable. I'm looking forward to playing the with blocks and telling stories about the pictures. They are made out of cardboard, so I'm not sure how well they will hold up once he's old enough to play with them."

Fun!
"I received these stacking blocks as a gift for my daughter and we absolutely love them! As an infant she loved to look at the pictures and now she loves to stack them herself and knock them over or talk about what she sees in the pictures."

A great "advanced" stacking tower
"Other stacking towers are made so that each piece fits securely onto the piece beneath it, making for a more structurally sound tower that is great for beginners. I found this tower to be more fun after those are mastered, to add more difficulty.
Loved the pictures on each side.
This shows no wear after my daughter was finished using it. Perhaps that will change once my 13 month old son starts playing with it."

Cardboard won't last long
"These blocks are very cute and my 12 month old loved them right off the bat. He likes to throw em and smack em around, but he also likes to step on them which crushes them pretty easily. They are still fun but get beat up quickly."

My son loves these
"I purchased these for my son, and we have so much fun with them. They provide lots of conversation starters. And when we run out of conversation, they're great to stack and then knock down. Love them!"

fab toddler toy
"What's not to love? Kids love boxes and blocks; this is the best of both worlds. Plus, the illustrations are cute (and helpful teaching tools), and possibly best of all, the whole shebang is lightweight, easy to tote on trips and such (we just keep all the boxes nested in the box they come in). Love it."

Light-weight
"These are as cute as they look in the picture. The thing i like the most about them is how light they are. They don't scare or hurt my baby when they fall on him - which is of course what he wants. It is, ironlically, the one thing that I don't like. Becuase they are lightweight, made out of very stiff cardboard, they aren't as durable as i would like - but my kids play rough. Still, I love them."

beautifully illustrated blocks!
"I love these blocks. I have them on display in my daughter's room for now because she is too young to stack them. It's hard to decide which side of each block to show, the illustrations are all so sweet."
