This Bird's for YOU!
"This is a favorite toy in our home... When the kids play "house" this little fella is ever present. They pretend feed him and then he thanks them by singing a little ditty. My kiddos love him so much I bought extras to keep on hand for last-minute birthday invites, etc. This gift is always a hit!"

Hard to say...
"I would love to say that this is the best purchase ever. The fact of the matter is, it is an adorable little bird in a darling little cage, and the suggested age for appropriate use is about right. However, the first one we received after I ordered it was broken upon arrival (the bird was detached/dangling from the bar - which could be fixed with some tampering, but never quite stayed put) so I had to call in and ask for a replacement - this went over just fine, no difficulties from customer service at all. The second one we received, the birdie was not as cute as the first one, and the cage seemed flimsier. Some of the rods were not as sturdy. This one, though only used by my oldest and by myself in showing it to my little ones who wanted badly to hold it but I knew would break it immediately because of how fragile it is, needed to be replaced in no time, as well. I didn't return it, but it did eventually bite the dust, which is so sad :O(
So, ultimately, I'd say this is a great purchase if you receive one that is in good working order the first time around, and if you are sure to leave it up on a shelf and not handle it much. If you have dreams of having your child hold it in his or her hands and talking to the little bird, this is not really a good purchase."

Simply Adorable
"I bought this birdcage to add to a shower gift for my daughter. It winds up and the little bird in the cage chirps. There is a small selection of different colored/styled birds to choose from. It is so unique and will be a cute addition to the nursery."

Sweet little bird!
"This singing bird reminds me of some my grandmother has had since my childhood. He is sweet and special, but deserves somewhat careful handling. My 9 year old has had him for years, but he serves as more of a decoration in her room with occassional play than a toy that gets handled daily."

Cutest birdie
"I seriously LOVE this even more than I thought I would when I ordered it. Very one of a kind, timeless toy. I feel like any kid would love it and it just looks adorable. This would make a great gift as well. I plan on buying this for a Christmas present for all my friends who just had babies."

Won't last
"It is so sad, because we all fell in love with this little bird. He was supposed to find a nice place in my son's playhouse but never made it there. It lasted only for a little while. We noticed from the beginning, how fragile the cage was. After my 3 year old handled it (with care) and it broke, we placed it out of reach on top of the cabinet to fix. Many, many tears, since my son loves it so much and wants it back, but I didn't get to fix it, actually while trying, it broke more..
I think I will just end up throwing it away. It is nice for decoration, but not for handling or even playing- or if, than only for an adult or teenager.

This Gift is a Real Tweat!
"I gave this to my daughter as a birthday present. It is as cute a toy as it seems. I think something has gone awry with the winding mechanism since I purchased it as it is now harder to wind than it once was but it is still functional. Also, sometimes the bird falls off its perch and it took us a while to figure out that there is a rather inconspicuous door on one side that slides open from bottom to top so one can reach in and pet/ "feed" the bird or return it to its roost as the case may be. So, a few little minor nuisances with this toy, which are probably the result of improper or rough handling. I do believe this is a toy that's better suited for an older child or adult as it is somewhat fragile."

"We love this little bird so much! Even the dog of the house barks when he is tweeting, You have to be gentle with this toy because it it made of fragile materials. Every child should have such a cheerful little mascot in their lives!"

Little Singing Bird in a Cage!
"This little bird in a bamboo bird cage is just adorable! Our two grandchildren love it. It even keeps our 2-year-old grandson entertained while changing his diaper! I figured it was battery-operated, but instead it winds up, so no batteries are needed. It is very unique and looks so cute in our bedroom for the grandkids."

too tweet!
"This is adorable and my daughter has it on a shelf in her room with some collectibles and antique pieces and it fits in so perfectly. She loves to make her little bird sing and I think for awhile when she was much smaller (5 now) thought he was real!
Makes a unique gift and the price is right too!

Rocking and a Boppin and Singing his Song
"I purchased this adorable bird in a cage for my 2 1/2 year old, Grace, as a reward for potty training. I thought it would make a cute decoration for her room, and she would get a kick out of the chirping. "Chirpee", as she named him, quickly became one of her "go to" toys, and she regularly brings him with her when we leave the house. Now, this child has just about every toy imaginable, so the fact that she singles out Chirpee to tag a long is a big deal. I know he is more a decorative item, but your child may just play with him/her for hours on end. And even her little hands are able to wind him up because the winding mechanism is a good size, so I don't have to constantly stop what I'm doing to make him sing."

Great Fun!
"I (selfishly) bought this fun toy to brighten up my work space and have had lots of questions about it since receiving it last week! My kids still wonder why it never found its way home... Nothing like a singing bird to "warm up" a cubicle space. Thanks for my new work buddie!"

Almost as Good as the Real Thing
"My daughter received this little bird and loved it! It is very delicate so it's really not to be touched or played with very often, but it is a lot of fun."

Super Cute!
"Got this for my daughter's room but the kids love it so much they carry it around the house. I've seen it in my son's room, my room and now it's in the kitchen! They love to make the bird sing and open the little cage door. Cute as just a decoration or as a toy. We love it!!"

Unique Find
"This is a cute little gift. The tweeting bird is very sweet and the little ones like how you can open up the cage and touch the bird. Makes an excellent conversation piece for the home as well."

Beautiful Birdy
"Both my kids(6 year old boy/4 year old girl) got one of these in their Easter baskets. The bird tweets and moves...so adorable. Unfortunately the knob is kind of hard to turn and my 4 year old daughter turned it the "easy way" and broke it. For the price, I would recommend only an adult/older child turn the knob. Otherwise, I highly recommend, especially for families that can't have "real" pets."

Good but not Great
"When I received this product it was in poor condition, the little birdie was disconnected from the metal rod and it was a huge pain to get it back together(I bent it in the process). Also the bird was very messy looking not at all nice how it looks in the picture. His feathers were all over the place. Even so it is adorable and my daughter although not old enough to touch it loves to hear the bird sing."

So cute and unique!

This little bird in a cage is very life-life! The little bird tweets and rocks back and forth. Our daughter loves it! Ours is bright pink and not reddish like shown in the photo. It is smaller than I thought but still very cute and unique
