Fun Toy
"My son loved Sophie, though he never really chewed much on her when he was teething. The material is very flexible and safe for babies to play with and Sophie has held up well to outdoor play as well as being tossed around. My only challenge with Sophie is she takes a while to dry when washed as the water gets stuck inside."

Sophie rocks
"I most certainly would recommend. Both my daughters loved this toy and in fact our second daughter was named after it by our first daughter. Also, our second daughter has a cleft palet and can not suck on a paci, but she can hold this and suck and chew on it."

Great teether/toy

Like everything else
"I bought this teether for my first little boy who wanted nothing to do with it. He had horrible reflux- and didnt get teeth until he was one year old and it just sat at the bottom of the toy box. But baby number two loved this thing! Of course polar opposite since he started getting teeth at 4 months. :) Totally depends on your kid, but certainly worth the try!"

Soft rubber giraffe
"Sophie is a soft rubber giraffe that has lots of "parts" to chew on for teething. I was surprised at the quality - soft but not the kind of rubber that would tear easily. Real quality!"

Great Teether
"This is a really popular teether for a reason! My 6 month old loves this and has been using it for about 2 months now. It is easy for him to hold and easy for him to get some part of it in his mouth. This is the only teether he doesnt just stick in his mouth once and then drop on the ground."

Great Toy
"Yes this does look like a dog toy and everyone who comes over who doesn't have kids thinks it is so funny and we always play the guess how much this toy cost game and so far no one comes close to the price. But all of that aside my little girl has loved this toy from about 4 months. It is easy for her to handle and it really helps with teething. We have given it as a shower gift now to everyone because it is not something you really want to buy yourself. Great gift and a great toy. We actually also ended up getting the smaller one to take with us to resturants and other places (you can add it to a link so it won't fall on the floor)."
