"I bought this kitchen for my almost-3-year-old for Christmas. It has kept her entertained for hours, especially when paired with toy food. The storage compartment and the overall size are very appealing, especially how portable it is."

Kids really enjoy this stove top

"This beautiful wooden toy has certainly been put through a rough kid testing process. One of the burner control knobs is now "removable" and we've had to repair the hinge after my 2 year old dropped it several times onto hard wood floors. It no longer folds, but the pretend play is not diminished and I feel it is still very safe. My son loves the storage area below the burners."

"I purchased the fold-up kitchen for my two year old granddaughter last Christmas. It was an instant hit. She cooks along with Mom and Dad. It's well constructed and lets the child use their imagination. It was a great investment and even travels to Babci's house when they visit."

Perfect for small spaces

"I have wanted to purchase a small "kitchen" for my daughter and came across this! We live in a small house and really don't have the room for a larger full sized toy kitchen. This is the perfect solution. The velcro "lock" to keep the oven in the closed position is a bit weak but otherwise a perfect small space, classic toy!"

"This is a wonderful toy! Very well made and I love that accessories can be stored inside. No more scattered little pieces! I bought this for my 3 year old granddaughter for Christmas so she can tote it from home to Nena's house easily. Exceeded my expectations!!"

Great little set!

"We bought this for our daughter for Christmas 2006. She has gotten a LOT of use out of it. I like that it folds up and doesn't take up much space when not in use. She combines this set with some of her play food items and other pots and pans when she's "cooking." The wood makes it so this set is durable. The only downside is that the wood can also be a bad thing if not watched closely. One day my daughter filled up the wooden pot with water when I was not looking and it ended up warping."

"I purchased this folding kitchen for a friend's little girl . . . they live in a limited space and she had no play kitchen. When she was visiting me she would gravitate to the play kitchen in my daughter's playroom, so this was perfect for her. When she opened the gift, all the little girls wanted to play with it, and it was hard for her to leave with the toy because my kids wanted it! Very good purchase and I'm sure it's still going strong since Christmas."

"Not only is this sturdy kitchen designed to encourage all sorts of recipes, kids can cook anywhere-including outside.
And when they visit their friends and their grandparents, their kitchen can go with them! My granddaughters always bring it out when I visit them, and we have cooked in their room, on the front steps, and once even in the bathroom to make sure the "fish" they caught in the bath tub were really fresh for our lunch!"

For Multi-room fun!

"We had toyed with getting a full kitchen set, but my daughter sometimes likes hanging in the actual kitchen with me, sometimes in the playroom. With this great fold up kitchen she can be in either place. Great also to keep her baby bro from grabbing it. It is very cute and sturdy, and she loves its low-tech design. Only drawback was that the small (and powerful) magnet fell off quickly, so we glued it back on with industrial glue to ensure it wasn't mistaken for a silver m&m."
