Our wooden pizza play set includes 54 mix and match toppings, 6 pizza slices, platter, serving spatula and pizza wheel. 2-sided fastener dots hold together the pizza and produce a convincing cutting sound when kids use the pizza cutter. Fake pizza grease not included. Age range - 3 and up

"I bought this for my niece for Christmas. She loves it! She loves pizza and now pretends she is the pizza delivery girl. The tray that comes with it is nice and big for her little fingers. She uses it to "delivery" her pizzas to us. The pepperoni, mushroom and green pepper toppings are easy for her to manipulate. If you've got a 3-year old who loves pizza, you can't go wrong!"

"When the moon hits the sky like a big pizza pie, that's amore! And man to we "amore" this toy. It has been great fun for our 2 aspiring chefs. They not only create fabulous custom pizzas but also deliver them - fresh and hot! We count the slices, toppings and use the tools to slice and dice. A great all around toy!"

BEST of the wooden food toys

"In truth, you really can't go wrong with any of the wooden food sold by The Land of Nod -- they are all durable and provide hours of imaginative fun. However the pizza is by far my sons' favorite.
They play with it in their play kitchen, adding toppings, putting it in and taking it out of the oven, cutting slices for eachother and storing "leftovers" in their fridge. But what I like best is that they also enjoy playing with it alone, so we can bring the pizza set out of the playroom to play as well.

"This toy is a lot of fun, even for really young kids who are just learning they love pizza! The pieces stick on with velcro which means you can make pizzas all day long! This game usually involves the entire family and our child likes to ask each person what they would like on their pizza - it's a lot of fun!"

"This is not just an imaginary play toy. It can be an educational toy too. My kids spend hours counting the toppings. I got a small box from our local pizza place and our kids pretend to deliver the pizza to each other. You will have to pick up pieces along the way. Not a good idea with very young kids."

"This toys is amazingly fun. The kids love to 'cut' the pieces, add toppings and then serve the pizza. I love the use of velcro for the topping and the slices..it is a great toy. It is my favorite next to the birthday cake."

"We got this from a friend as a b/day gift and love it. The wood parts make this a perfect imagination play toy (no batteries needed) :) The only thing I did not like was that after 4 years, I am still having to pick up all the round pieces, however, the toppings are a great way to teach math problems and make math fun. Defiantly has held up over the years, the quality is great. It still looks brand new after years of use. Great gift idea!"
