"I purchased this bench for my baby girl's nursery to hold books and toys and it is perfect. Underneath we store her things in LON baskets; the top acts as a side table to the glider in the nursery. And we got the cushion for the top so one day she can use it as a window-seat! Love it!"

"This is a beautiful little bench. I needed a small bench with storage for toys in my apartment living room and this works perfectly. It looks very nice with the bankable bookcase and my children like to sit on the bench and choose books from the bookcase. Very functional and pretty"

"This is a great bench! I was looking for an affordable bench to put in our laundry room entry ~ our boys need somewhere to sit when taking off boots and winter gear. This bench was the perfect width and depth, and it's attractive enough to look like a real piece of furniture. Love, love, love."

We are Bench warmers!

"Love this bench. We bought 3 baskets to go with it. Since I have 3 kids this bench works perfectly. We have it by our door. We do not wearing shoes in the house and had always taken them off by the door. Now we have a place to store them that looks GREAT!
The design is simple yet nice. It looks like it should cost so much more than it does. The curved detailing makes it look better than others I have seen. Delivery was right on time and very quick too!"

"We love this bench. It is great the kids love it. We bought 3 baskets and put their shoes in them by the back door. So when they come in they sit on the bench take shoes off and put in basket. We never have to look for shoes again."

"I use this in my entry way for shoes, etc. I would like to have it a little bigger, but my space isn't that big and this bench fits perfectly. It is sturdy and just the right color -- I bought the blue one. I also got mine on sale, which was a good deal. I had shopped around for awhile and the price was a good value. I like the cushion and it's ties which keep it in place."

"I was looking for something to replace the rocker in my 16 month old daughter's room and this was perfect! It has a comfy cushion to sit on and her most beautiful dolls are displayed on the shelf beneath. I love that the cushion stays in place once you put it there, even with lots of movement. Also, it is a sturdy piece of furniture and in the white wood with the pastel green striped cushion, it is absolutely adorable!!! We love it!"

"I have not been disappointed by this bench in our play room, where it takes a fair share of abuse from the crashing objects and rough jumping of two young boys. It also fits perfectly beneath our windows and provides a nice spot to look outside.
The cushion isn't super comfortable, but I'm happy to give up a bit of comfort for durability any day."

"I've always wanted a bench in my room that I could sit next to the window and gaze out for hours. Well my time had passed and it was an experience I wanted my son to have. So I purchased the honey beadboard bench to match his beadboard bed and it's great. We purchased some bins so that he could store some of this things and have a place where his friends could sit without sitting on the bed. I would suggest getting a couple of the bench cushions...it just gives you another look and adds some cushion when sitting."

"This is a great bench. We bought this to accompany other Cottage Collection furniture in my son's room. It fits nicely below a window and provides a window seat. The striped cushion is really cute and the storage space below the bench is great for trucks, books and baskets. Really nice looking!"

"We recently moved into a older house, with smaller bedrooms. My son, who just turned 1, needed a place to put his toys. The only place we really had to put anything was right under his window. I saw this bench and fell in love! It shipped in one piece and all I had to do was walk it to my son's room. It has held up remarkebly and ads the perfect touch of wimsy and storage. I also recommend the seat cushion - it looks perfect together."

Great solution for Small Rooms

"I live in an smaller older with home with small rooms. I had one of these benches in white in my daughter's room. One was great when she was an only child. Now, that she's six and her brother is almost two I had to to multiply my storage options, and fast. I now three of these benches on a wall in the kids' bedroom and I purchased the honey colored bench for our media room. They are very attractive benches. We use them for books (we have TONS of books) and with toy storage bins. I really love the cushions too. When I redecorated I had to change the cushion and my mom swooped in and took my old one."
