"The reviewers are right! Even I purposely turn on these CDs to hear MY personal favorites! My kids (5 and 7) coincidentally started to ask about different genres of music after we started listening to these. (We were basically a classical and/or rock and roll household.) They're also trying to name the instruments they hear... I think these CDs, because of their diversity, made them more fully realize the broad realms of music...
I HIGHLY recommend. Hard to sit still when you're listening to these. I love just turning them on and watching my kids magically appear to start dancing away in the family room..."

"I highly recommend this collection for your child and for yourself. It is a great collection of songs that you can rock out to with your babe. Inserting one of these CD's immediately silences my little one in the car and then he begins rocking to the songs. Great find."

"My daughter LOVES these! My husband LOVES these! They are fun and different, and we like that alot. Get ready to sing "The Yellow Bus" song in your sleep. I can not get that out of my head...in a good way. My daughter giggles every time that song comes on. I am a fan of Ladybugs Picnic myself :) Fun for all!!"

"We bought both of the Land of Nod compilations for our son. He really enjoys all of the songs on both albums. We purchased them when he was 5 months old and he is dancing to them now that he is 16 months. It is one of his favorites and he bangs the pots and pans together when he sings, " All Around the Kitchen". We would recommend this to others and have bought this as a gift for two other friends and they enjoy it. It is music that kids love and parents can also enjoy!"

"Okay, so if passersby looked in our windows while we're rocking out with our daughter (which I'm sure they do, but then quickly turn their heads) to the LON CD's, I'm sure they'd think we're cuckoo. "Our normal routine when people give our kids music is to play the CDs once, and then hide them in hopes they'll be quickly forgotten. We actually played these a second time, left them out in the open, suggested bringing them along on trips, and found ourselves not turning them off the second the kids had left the car. Unheard of."

A good changes from typical kid's music

"I bought these for my little girl and she loves them, but better yet . . .I love them too. These are great kid CDs because the music is pleasant for adults too. These are two CDs that I don't mind listening to 5 times a day. The songs are silly & fun but they aren't your usual kid songs that you hear on every other CD. I always recommend these to my friends."
