"I bought this for my 6 year old without the hutch and she really likes it. She likes the drawer where she can have her own files and I like that it will help her learn to organize herself as she gets older. It's not too big, but enough space to work. The plastic knobs are a little cheap so I am going to change them for some others to match cabinets she has in her room."

"This is a very well constructed desk, hutch and chair set. My daughter loves it and loves to work at it. We are extremely pleased. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is it came with some marks on it. The desk itself, however, is wonderful! I would buy it again."

"Our daughter has been begging for a desk for the last couple of birthdays and this was the one (9 years old) that my husband and I gave in. We know that there are a lot of cheaper choices out there, but have made the decision that "you get what you pay for", and this desk is top quality, that will last her whole school career! The only thing we had to put together was the hutch and it only took my non-handy man husband and I about 30 minutes. (In home delivery was prompt and professional too.) It is the perfect size for the student in your house. Not too big, but yet room for her to grow as her school needs change. I won't hesitate to order more from LON."
