The Perfect Nursery Dresser!
"My husband and I had been researching a dresser for our baby girl's room. We wanted something that was high quality to last a long time. We finally found this dresser and we were beyond impressed. We love the color and slight distressed look. it is very high quality. Also, when it was delivered it was in perfect condition. This was our first Land of Nod purchase and I cannot stop looking at their website now! :)"

Perfect
"I love this set...we bought for my dtr's room almost three years ago now and it has transitioned and held up extrememly well. it is easy to clean and very simpilcitic but so feminine at the same time. a wondeful purchase!"

Very happy with this dresser!
"We bought this dresser at the same time we bought the Walden bed. It has been well loved for the past 2 1/2 years and has held up beautifully! I love the three top drawers because they keep all of my daughter's small items separate. The other drawers hold all of her clothes easily. We have enjoyed having this dresser in her room."

Fantastic Dresser!

"We ordered this dresser to go in our daughter's nursery after searching everywhere for a good-sized, bright white dresser. Most of what we found other places was not true white, and we were very discouraged that nothing would match the crib we already had. We were so excited to find this dresser! It is beautiful, looks adorable in the nursery, and is a perfect bright white. It arrived much quicker than anticipated and was already assembled! The delivery men did a fantastic job of getting it in the house and where we wanted it. It is a very heavy dresser, good quality, and exactly what we wanted. We also purchased the white Jenny Lind bookshelf and nightstand to go with it, and they all look great in the nursery! :) We are very happy, and I highly recommend this whole line of furniture!"

Beautiful dresser
"We recenty purchased this dresser in white for our twins' bedroom, as our previous dresser/changing table (purchased elsewhere) was essentially falling apart after only 4 years). Our dresser was delivered (fully assembled) quickly and is excellent quality. The finish is beautiful and the drawers slide smoothly. It has great capacity and it appears sturdy and well-made. I agree with a previous reviewer's surprise about the "distressed finish" which is really just a line around the edges that appears unfinished, which I didn't expect (couldn't reallly see it in the online photo, and at first thought the finish was damaged). The look has grown on me but I don't think the term "distressed" applies, and I am glad about this because with our decor, I was not looking for a "distressed" look. We love the smaller drawers on top which help keep our smaller items (socks, underwear, tights) organized. I was surprised that the drawers did not open fully as mentioned by other reviewers, but it has not been a problem for us so far."

Zoom in to look at detail before purchasing
"I actually love this dresser (for reasons I will share in a moment) but when I first received it I was disappointed to see that what the description calls "gently rubbed edges" are long lines along each edge where the paint has been stripped in a way that looks very manufactured, not at all natural. At first I thought the dresser had been damaged in transport but then I saw the same "scratch" on each edge of the dresser and the night stand we ordered. When I called to ask about it, LON's very helpful and friendly customer service explained that these are meant to give it a slightly worn or vintage look. It really doesn't have that effect, especially if you look closely, but I have gotten used to it and it doesn't bother me any more. If you zoom in really close on the picture, you can see these lines (I discovered that after the dresser was delivered). Now onto the good stuff: great overall look/shape, very steady because of the wide footprint and the mechanism that only allows you to open one left-hand or right-hand drawer at a time, lots of space (the seven drawers make it easy to stay organized). We are the beneficiaries of lots of hand-me-downs from cousins, so my little girl's drawers are usually overflowing but we have never had a drawer get jammed or had a piece of clothing fall behind a drawer. Structurally, this is a really well made piece of furniture."

Great piece of furniture
"This is a beautiful piece of furniture that our daughter will hopefully use for a long time to come. We put the changing table on top, which works well as a space saver. It goes well with the Time to Turn In Crib and the Jenny Lind bookcase. The only drawback is that it was delivered a couple of weeks ago, and it is still giving off a "new furniture" smell. We have all the drawers open and are airing it out, so hopefully that will go away over time (had this same issue with another dresser and it did go away eventually)."

Great quality dresser
"This dresser was delivered and is exactly as pictured/described. I am very pleased with the quality of the piece. I was torn between this dresser and one at PBK. I am so glad I picked this one! Much better quality! Though, I will echo the comments of other reviewers that the drawers don't open all the way... it is a bit annoying, but I still love this dresser!"

Perfectly scaled dresser!
"We have very small bedrooms and I spent a lot of time deliberating over a dresser, since I did not want it to be bulky. I new that this fit from measurements, but I have to comment on how visually well this integrates into a small room. It is nicely proportioned with deep drawers. A factor for me was also that it is "low emission engineered wood.""

Functional dresser
"We use this as our dresser and changing table. I love that fact that the dresser has different size drawers. The smaller drawers are perfect for bibs, socks, extra diapers, etc. I agree with other reviews that suggest that this won't last through our daughter's teenage years, but by that point I would want to get her new furniture anyway. This dresser will last long enough through her childhood years."

Beautiful and well-made
"We purchased this dresser for our first child's nursery almost 3 years ago and it was a great choice. It is now being used by our second child and it has held up really well. It is a beautiful, solid, well-made piece. Also, the feature where the drawers close when another drawer is opened is very convenient for a child's room to prevent climbing. We purchased the changing pad accessory and used it as a changing table."

"My husband and I had settled on a dresser we saw in another store before purchasing this one. However, we were very disappointed when doing online research when we saw that the dresser we originally wanted had terrible reviews. Searching online made us realize that it was very hard to find a dresser with GOOD reviews (so many dressers had reviews about drawers coming apart, etc). We decided on this one based on the fact that this dresser had great reviews. We have been very pleased. We love the drawer system (where you can only open one drawer at at ime); it seems sturdy, well-made, high-quality, and the finish is great. It also looks beautiful!!"

Great delivery service
"Just had this dresser delivered and I was very happy with the delivery service. My husband was still at work so I was somewhat nervous about being home with a 2 year old and receiving such a big piece of furniture. The delivery men were so great and positioned the dresser perfectly. The dresser was nicer than I had even imagined. It will hold a tremendous amount of clothes and will transition with my daughter for many years. We are very happy with the customer service and quality of this dresser."

Wonderful dresser
"I was a little nervous about buying this dresser without seeing it in person, especially since some reviewers complained about the drawers not opening all the way. However, the drawers open more than enough (and much further than I would've expected, based on the critical reviews). It's an extremely attractive and spacious dresser for our nursery. We've got plenty of room for everything -- clothes, bedding, and diapering materials. This is exactly what we needed since we live in a small space and have only a small closet in our daughter's room. Couldn't be happier with our purchase!"

"This dresser is solid, heavy, great color, & has big drawers. The drawers don't open all the way like furniture used to, but that's a children's furniture safety feature. The delivery team was in and out in less than ten minutes and was very courteous. So far, so good."

Awesome dresser!
"I LOVE this dresser. The drawers close safely and it fits all my daughters clothing (and she has way too much!). Goes great with petite margarite and jenny lind nightstand. Highly recommend!"

Great choice for a nursery dresser!
"We ordered this dresser for our nursery to coordinate with the Straight-Up crib (white). They look great together! The dresser feels very solid and seems like it will truly last our child (or children) through the decades, unlike so many "baby" dressers that are almost as expensive and made of stapled particle board. The size is great and holds not just all of the baby clothes, but also the towels, extra bedding, receiving blankets, burp cloths, etc. Our generic, standard-size changing pad works nicely on the top with the addition of some grippy rubber shelf liner that can be purchased at any major store. The deal was sealed for us when we realized that with the discount available at the time and flat rate shipping (since we were already sure about the crib) the price looked that much more attractive for a long-term piece of real furniture. We only wish that the drawers pulled out a little further, but it seems like that is the trade-off for having the anti-tipping straps attached to the drawer backs. A nice addition in the future would be soft-close drawers."

Recommended, with reservations
"I think this is a good quality dresser. If you see the garbage that's out there in terms of furniture these days, this is far and above the flimsy dressers being sold in most stores.
It is smaller, which is good for us because my daughter has a small room. The drawers are not huge, and they do not come out all the way, which is sort of annoying.
I can't see this dresser working out for her as she is into her teenage years with larger and more clothes, but for now, I think it's great!"
