Perfect for what I wanted

"I bought this Bench for my 2 year old son's room, to replace the glider chair that I was moving into the baby's room. I thought my son would be so disappointed to see the chair go, but when he saw his new bench, he loved it. The colors (blue bench, red cushion) are so vibrant and match his room perfectly. The bench is sturdy and of extremely high quality. The bench is comfortable enough to sit on to read a book before bed. It is perfect!"

"I ordered the 3-cube bench in navy and it arrived very quickly. It was even better than I expected in terms of quality and looks. It's perfect in my boys' bedroom and matches their navy bunk beds. The red cushion looks terrific with the navy bench. It was easy to put together. I love that it sits off the floor so that I can clean beneath easily. It's extremely versatile (right now, I am using with cube "drawers" but will be able to transition to books or other storage and the bench will also look good in other rooms later on."

"We got this yesterday only 4 days after ordering it. it is of great quality with a beautiful finish. i put it together myself in about a half hour. when i ordered it my husband was questioning the how nice it would be and he's impressed. we love it and i'm sure it will last a long time."

Great Storage Bench

"We put this bench in our living room to store toys and books. Works great, looks great too. Sturdy enough to sit, stand, and jump off of. Once the kids out grow all the baby toys in the living room, we'll move it to the entry for shoes and boots. So versatile -- hard not to buy one for every room."

"This bench works very well in our playroom situated between two of the 8 cube bookshelves. I got the blue cushion to go with it. My only complaint is that the straps that hold the cushion on are too long and they hang down into the cubbies a bit."

"The three cube bench is a very practical solution for small spaces and effectively stores toys and books in the deep cubes. While the storage in the cubes is deep and roomy, the top of the bench provides room for extra items and can be laid out to display decor items. Our nursery is tiny and we needed to maximize space and this bench looks like real furniture (we purchased it in espresso) and doesn't take up the room a larger piece would, without sacrificing the storage available."

Great shoe storage!!

"I purchased this bench because I had a problem with shoe storage for my kids and myself. We would walk into our house and they would be all over the floor. So, I looked at the Land of Nod website and found this bench. I use red, green and navy blue cube bins, and I bought the red cushion for the top from the Land of Nod. It looks cute and keeps our shoes organized!!"

"We purchased 3 of the 6-cube bookcases for the playroom, which is open to the finished basement (grownup area). They're sturdy, are easy access for my 2 year old, but also look very nice, especially with the strapping baskets. Highly recommend."

Skip the Changing Table!

"This storage bench makes a great changing table. Our first two children brought with them needless amounts of baby furniture. We decided to use this as a changing table (just put a changing pad on top) and go. One of the bins holds diapers, one holds creams and lotions and the third opening holds a baby wipe warmer. As the baby gets older - voila! its a toy or book holder.
Save your money and skip the changing table!"

"This bench is positioned in my two children's bedroom window so that they can sit and play while looking out at the street and the people passing. It is a wonderful alternative to the floor and so convenient to have books and toys right beneath us. My youngest boy even likes to curl up on it and sleep in the sun (like a cat!) sometimes."

"This bench has really helped us to reclaim some space in our living room. We use it for toy storage and it also makes a nice window seat for our cat and toddler...as well as extra seating for guests. It was easy to assemble and the cushion has been surprisingly secure and comfortable...I only wish it had been included with the bench. The color is quite nice and we envision this bench finding a place in many different rooms in years to come."

"We purchased this bench to put in our mudroom area. I have three pre-schoolers and it is great because when they come home from school, they each have their own cubby to put their shoes in. Also helps us be able to find the shoes easily when we're running out of the door. I also purchased three star hooks that I hang over the bench so the kids can hang their coats.
Although assembly was required, I put it together in about 10 minutes (and I'm not a handy person). We've had the unit for about a year now and it's still holding up great. I love the blue color!"

"We live in a small house and we have limited space to store things. I hate having my living room look cluttered with all the baby toys we had lying around. This bench is fantasic! We can fit most of our daughters toys into the baskets (some special stuffed animals/dolls sit on the bench) and our living room is finally clutter free. The bench is VERY sturdy. Many adults have sat on it with no problems. I would HIGHLY recommend this, especially for small spaces."
