good on 2nd try
"The first dresser sent had problems with the metal runners on which the drawers slide (bent, so the drawer kept slipping off), and all the drawers ran roughly. The replacement dresser is much better -- the runner mechanism is still not terribly high quality but the drawers work. Nice height, very solid. I think the drawers are plenty deep for kids clothing. Excellent customer service when the dresser was replaced."

Good quality. sturdy
"This dresser is well-made, and holds everything from socks to sweaters. The only complaint I can think of, is that the drawers are so smooth that they tend to slam. That just means you only need to push them gently in order to close them."

Disappointing
"While the furniture looks great, we were very disappointed with the way the drawers work. They are quite shallow (front to back) - much shorter than the furniture depth would suggest. The sllides also feel of relatively low quality and within 30 days, they feel a little rough. Try to see this in person to confirm it will fit your needs."

beautifully made, great value for the price
"I looked for a dresser for my daughter's room for months before finding this one, and I'm extremely happy with it. It's so hard to find children's furniture that is reasonably priced, sturdy, and yet doesn't scream "kiddie!" This piece will last my three-year-old into high school! This dresser is well-made and the wood is gorgeous in person -- lovely color and grain. I needed a dresser that would coordinate fairly well with a cherry bookcase and headboard, and while this dresser isn't cherry, the color is close and works well with the other pieces. With its simple, clean lines, this dresser looks great in our 1909 foursquare house, but it would also look perfect in a more modern/contemporary home.
The dresser was delivered barely a week after I ordered it, and arrived in perfect condition. I also appreciate the fact that only one drawer can be opened at a time -- a great safety feature."

quality furniture
"I bought this dresser along with the bed and side table also from the Simple collection for my son and love it. I shopped around for kid's bedroom furniture and choose these items because of the high quality. The furniture is well made and sturdy, and what I like best is the furniture is timeless."
