CLASSIC Kitchen set!~ BEST EVER!
Date - November 13, 2008
"I searched all over for a "Classic" kids kitchen set. Most nowadays have so many gadgets and gizmos and make more noise than the kids do. This set is PERFECT.... it allows children to get creative and play with out all the distractions (and for mom and dad you do not have to replace all the batteries!!!!) My kids would play all day with this if I would let them! The magnetic board is an added bonus. The overall design is better than most other sets that are much more expensive. A GREAT purchase!!!"

Timeless treasure
Date - October 22, 2009
"What sold me on this set was the matching fridge, but I bought the kitchen first as a fridge by itself did not make much sense! Santa will be sure to deliver the rest this year. I am a single mom and had to put it together by myself which was no problem. The quality is superb and the best part is that it uses the imagination, not batteries!"

Date - October 20, 2009
"I bought both the fridge and kitchenette for my 2 year old daughter's 2nd birthday. She loves to cook with the pots/pans on the stove, loves to scribble on the chalkboard. Not hard to put together. Great quality. This should keep her busy/entertained for years to come!!"

Love the kitchenette
Date - October 20, 2009
"Last Christmas, we purchased the kitchenette for our then 2 1/2 year old and newborn daughters. Our daughters love it. We love that the set was gender neutral in color. We were looking for a set that would last and we found what we were looking for in this set. This year we are buying the refrigerator for our two little girls. We love watching them play pretend together."

Looked long and hard for the PERFECT kitchen!
Date - October 20, 2009
"After many hours of searching both online and in stores, we finally decided on this kitchen over another popular store brand (PBK). We are confident we made the right choice. Our kids love this kitchen. It's the perfect size. They can 'cook' together without tripping over each other. It's the perfect size for our playroom as well. (3 pieces would have been too much and one large unit would have stuck out into the center of the room.) I would definitely recommend this kicthen. As with anything from Land of Nod, the quality is great and the product fits our needs!"

"My 2yr old daughter just got this for her birthday. She loves it. It is so cute, sturdy, and simple enough to evoke imaginative play. The Fridge is large and the magnetic chalkboard is an added bonus, it adds an another dimension to the whole thing."

Nice Fridge
Date - January 23, 2009
"We purchased this Fridge for our 2 year old and are very pleased. It has great storage and is very sturdy without being too bulky. There were, however, A LOT of screws so hopefully you have an electric screwdriver. Also, the top "freezer" door was difficult to position and now dips down so that both doors open at once. Neither problem would prevent me from purchasing or recommending. Also the shipping was fast and very well priced."

Creativity at Play
Date - October 30, 2008
"The kids at my school are in amazement as they reach for the clicking red burners and stir their pots of pretend food. Girls and boys alike peer into the oven ,checking on their tray of goodies and open the oven door to check their muffins. Dishes are washed at the sink as they glance out the window, marveled by the real gingham curtain. They love writing their pretend words on the chalkboard refrig and stocking its' shelves. To these little ones this is as real as it gets!"

Wonderful Play Stove
Date - October 27, 2008
"We looked online for months to find the perfect play stove for our 2-year old daughter. We wanted something sturdy, brightly (yet neutral) colored, and pleasing to look at. We got that and more in this little kitchen. The directions were easy to use and came with appreciated caveats about not using power drills. The play stove is a little high for our 2-year old, but she'll grow into it. We foresee her playing with this for years to come. This is a wonderful product."

Non-Stop Fun
Date - October 23, 2008
"This kitchen set is great for my 14 month old and nearly 3 year old. We make up different games to play with it every day - learn about the foods, and pretend to cook. We have had it for 2 months now and not a day has gone by where they didn't want to play with it. Very well made too!"

Best Little Kitchen!
Date - October 15, 2008
"After a lot of searching, we bought this for my daughter last Christmas when she was only 1 1/2. We thought she was too young for it at the time, but we knew she would grown into it...well we were so surprised when she immediately started to play with it at such a young age. This kitchen offers her so much creative play - sometimes we "cook" and sometimes we open the doors & hide other toys inside. The style is simple so it fits in with our normal furniture rather than sticking out like a sore thumb like so many other very colorful kitchens would. It's holding up so well after almost a year of play. The only damage has been the broken plexiglass stove window (done by a very rough child who hit it with another object), but Land of Nod is sending us a replacement at no charge. That's wonderful customer service in my book!"

"Prior to my purchase I had done alot of research trying to find a wooden kitchen set. This one was perfect, and much more "life-like" than any other I had found. My daughter loves being able to put her own magnets on her refrigerator. The durability of this product is wonderful!"

"Toys these days tend to be electronic and loud.... this kitchen play set is absolutely enjoyable for every person involved in a child's activities and it is one that will take any parent on a ride down memory lane. I have as much fun playing with it as my daughter does. It is a toy worth buying for many reasons, especially because of what seems to be endless amounts of time diving into imagination land. I have recommended this to everyone!"
