"I have tried many brands of cloth diapers, and while these aren't necessary the TOPS on quality (those were made by a work-at-home-mom who makes one diaper at a time), they're easily 2nd. After using them for 8 months, they have started to show their age a bit, but that being said, they'll probably last through another baby without a problem. The color has faded slightly, and the velcro is getting a tad ratty at the edges, but they've been washed every other day for the past 8 months. And since they're under the clothing and nobody can see, who cares? We have never had a problem with them leaking during the daytime - they are our diaper of choice for leaving the house. Occassionally my daughter will wake up a little wet in the morning, but if we add two "newborn" inserts as doublers, we're usually good overnight. The diapers come with one main insert, and a newborn insert which is less bulky but wouldn't have been big/absorbent enough for my daughter as a newborn. The diaper has two rows of snaps for adjusting the size. My daughter is 13 mos old - about 24 pounds - and she wears them snapped on the biggest size during the day and completely unsnapped for overnight when the diaper is more bulky because its heavily stuffed. Also, these have suedecloth inner lining against the baby's skin (as opposed to fleece, which some brands have), which means the poo comes off very easily! These are the diapers that converted my doubting sister-in-law to cloth as well."
