"This chair was purchased for my son for his 2nd birthday. He needed his "own" reading chair for his room. He sits in it all the time with a book in hand. He also likes to hide a book in the back of the chair.

"What a great chair!
My 15 month old loves it. Before we bought the chairs (2) he would sit on the floor and read his books becasue he was not big enough to climb in the big people seats. He looked so uncomfortable. Now the chair goes where he goes. He feels like such a big boy grabbing his book and climbing in his chair. He'll sit there forever and look at books. We're on our way to Harvard!"

"My 18 month old loves this chair. The fabric it comes in is great because it blends in well with our furniture. It doesn't stick out as an overly kid fabric which is nice to have in a family room. My daughter loves this chair. I'm very happy with the purchase."

"When I first unpacked and set this chair out.. my husband said, "You've GOT to be kidding me". My son was around 13 months old. But guess what.... he ate his words! My son LOVES this chair! He flops into it, and sprawls in all different positions! Sometimes he looks just like daddy, lol. He also loves to move the chair here and there with the handle on the back! We've had this chair for months... and he uses it everyday. So worth a splurge. And I love how the slipcover can be removed and cleaned if necessary.. which it still looks the same as the day we received it! And... there is a cool pocket in the back to store books or whatever little boys can get in there."

"Our 16 month old son loves his new big boy chair. However, he is a dare devil and likes to climb on it and tip it over, resulting in a few face plants into the carpet and loss of "chair privileges". But when he does sit still, it's the perfect size."

"My 1 year olds love this chair. (14 months old) They both love to climb into it (so proud of themselves!) and actually manage to sit still for a few minutes while they drink their sippy cup or "read" a book. I love that the cover comes off easily for cleaning, too."

"I love the look of this chair and my son loves sitting in it for movies, snacks, reading, anything really. I am disappointed with the quality of the chair though. The fabric has not been hemmed inside and it is fraying quite badly, it gets caught in the zip whenever I need to remove the cover for cleaning."

"This is a great chair for my 1 1/2 year old. It is just the right size to sit in and watch tv or read a book so he can be like mama and dada. I would recommend this to anyone. It is not something he is going to outgrow anytime soon, so it can be used for years to come. In addition, it was very easy to install the foam frame."

"I have two of these, one for each child, and they both love it, even my 9 month old. It's sturdy enough for them to sit and relax in w/o it reclining backwards. We've had one chair for 3 years and it's still in good shape, although did buy a new cover for it recently. Would love it in a loveseat version!"

"Two years ago I purchased the Red & Tan Stripe Nod Chair for my oldest son and because we could not get him off of it to share it with his younger brother, we had to purchase a Blue one for our youngest son. It is a place where they can sit to listen to a story or just to lounge around. The handle on the top makes it easy to carry from room to room and the back pocket is perfect so a favorite book is always handy."
