Just like I remember when I was a kid!
"So I tried to find a safe for my 6 year old son who has a new mania for spying and other "secret" activities. I looked on amazon but those safes were so flimsy and cheap. Then I found this one. It's solid as a rock and standing up to a lot of abuse. It's pretty much just like the one I had 25 years ago. The little alarm is an added bonus. If you could turn the alarm off and reset the password, it would be perfect. But that's just nitpicking."

"I just had to have this bank for my son's room, which has a lot of "retro" items in it. Plus, I remember these banks growing up. What fun to see them again! My only issue is that the dial is kind of hard to turn. I thought maybe it was just the one I received, so I called customer service, who informed me that he had heard other complaints about the dial being "stiff." I just couldn't part with it, so we kept it. My son uses it, as his only bank, and doesn't seem to be bothered by it. In fact, he thinks it may "help keep other people out.""
