Our chunky block books are two toys in one. They're sturdy enough to stack up like blocks, but they're also entertaining books that teach your kids their ABCs and all about animals. great stocking stuffer!
Date - December 22, 2009
"This is the perfect size to add to your child's stocking. It's great for tiny toddler fingers, easy to handle and the illustrations are beautifully done. Worth the price and my child loves it!"

cute, but not so sturdy
Date - December 14, 2009
"I got these for my then-one-year old son at stocking stuffers last year, and now (one year later) they have all been pitched. They make a nice picture book and the illustrations are adorable but too much handling by a toddler and they literally just start to fall apart. First product from Nod that I was dissapointed in."

Perfect for Tiny Toddler Hands
Date - October 26, 2009
"If your toddler is getting to the "MINE!" and "ALL BY MYSELF" stage, these books are perfect for little hands to hold and turn the pages with minimal assistance. These books are perfectly sized to stick in your diaper bag for road trips, the waiting room of your doctor's office, or when you're in cramped quarters - say, an airplane, the subway or a church pew - and a larger book might encroach on someone else's space. We've had to buy replacements because my son wears them out, he loves them so much."

Great little books for a busy child
Date - December 1, 2008
"These litlle books have been a blessing this holiday season! My daughter received these books as a gift for her birthday in October, and have travelled everywhere we go! The bright colors and whimsical design are fun and enjoyable, and she loves to go through the entire book over and over again. They are great for the car and on grocery store excursions!"

Things that go for little ones on the go
Date - November 14, 2008
"I purchased the little Things that Go book for my 1-year-old. It's the perfect little book for a little one on the go. It fits perfectly in his tiny hands, and he loves to carry it around the house with him. The bright colors and pictures will keep your child entertained while you read with them and help them with their ABCs."

Great beginner books
Date - October 14, 2008
"I bought these for my grandson and he loves them. They are chucky which is great for little hands and they are very sturdy. The spine of the books bend so they won't break by bend the too far or the wrong way. Very kid friendly. The pages have a picture and a letter so they are not "too busy"."

Great for knocking down...
Date - October 14, 2008
"Do like we did and invest in about 10 of these guys and watch your chubby fingered baby have the time of their life knocking them down over and over after you stack them high. Then, as images become more intriguing, they'll want to, and be able to, flip through the OH so cute thick and sturdy pages...yeah, sturdy enough to stand up to chewing! Later, while you tease them that they did make those teeth marks, they'll have fun learning their ABCs."

Sturdy, But Too Small for Uncoordinated Hands
Date - August 16, 2008
"Our 15-month old loves books, but while this 'building book' is definitely sturdy, it's small width and large height makes it difficult for small hands to manipulate. My son shows interest in it when I open it for him, but it closes easily and he (so far) is unable to reopen it on his own."
