Three years later...and great customer service!

"I would like to share the customer service care I just recently experienced with The Land of Nod relating to this item. We ordered two of these bean bags three years ago this Christmas. They have been very well taken care of, and only after loaning one to the school for a play production did I finally need to throw one of the covers in the wash. As I unzipped the cover, I noticed there was no sewn insert keeping the styrofoam balls intact. I called customer service and explained this. They shipped a new insert out the same day with no questions. I am now glad I spent a little extra money and went with this company. Not only are the bean bags good quality, but Land of Nod stands 100% behind their product."

Unexpectedly happy

"I bought this for my seven-year-old son to put in a "reading corner." I knew he'd love the reading corner, but was unprepared for how much he loved this bean bag! He slept strewn across is the first night, and hauls it around the house, including into his bed. The bag is sturdy, stylist, and has a handle that is very useful!"

"The red color and fabric are beautiful and quite durable. I love the safety feature that allows me to lock out the filing and my son just loves to jump, jump, jump on it. The red denim color is a very close match to Pottery Barn's red lamp shade and twill curtains for "picky" matching parents like me."

"Our 4 and 6 year old sons have and love these bean bags. They are easy for the boys to carry from their playroom to the family room if we're all watching a movie together. They jump and plunge into them all the time and they are still like we just bought them. I plan to get one for our one year old now. I want one too. Very comfortable, excellent quallity."

"Since all the reviews on the bean bags I've read have been very positive, it is almost unnecessary to write another great review but I have something else to add. First we love the bean bags. They are high quality with good stitching (I have three boys (10, 4, and 3) and diving into bean bags is great sport). My daughter (6) loves hers, she is right now taking a nap with her bean bag as a "pillow". But what will make me a repeat customer of Land of Nod is their customer service. My daughter's cover came with only her first name monogramed (instead of first and middle as she is called). I emailed customer service and they called me FIRST thing the next morning and guaranteed delivery of a new cover by Christmas. THEN when my son's cover could not be located (either slow in the mail or lost in our busy home...we could not tell from tracking if it had actually landed on our porch), Land of Nod sent ANOTHER cover for him at no charge again guaranteeing it for Christmas. All the while they were polite and helpful, even empathetic. We were very thankful to have all gifts ready for Christmas morning! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank You Land of Nod!!!"

Great Beanbag!

"I bought this beanbag as an addition to my son's "big boy" room to take the place of a glider. He loves it. He can run and fall into it like all active children love to do. We can sit and read books on it or I can lounge on it if he's decided to play in his room. I love the fact that the zipper came with lock and keys. It makes me feel safe about him being alone in his room with it. The thread color on mine is a nice blue which gives the beanbag good contrast with a slightly modern twist. Love it!"

"My 2 year old son LOVES this bean bag--he calls it his "comfy". He runs and jumps onto it every day and it provides a safe place for he and his dad to practice their "wrestling" WWF style! I know there are cheaper bean bags out there, but this one is so soft, comfortable, durable and washable (outside cover is washable) that its worth the price."

"I have 4 of these for each of my kids! We bought a couple and received a couple as gifts. My kids are ages 3 and 7 and love these bean bags! Not only do they like to sit in them while they watch tv or play video games, but they also like to stack them and climb them! They have held up very well despite the roughness placed upon them! The best part is the covers are removeable for washing and the colors did not fade after washing! Great Item!"

"We love this bean bag chair. My kids have been draging it from room to room for months now and it is still in great condition. It is VERY durable, comfortable and great looking too. I love that it has a removable cover for washability. The color (red) is vibrant. The fill is much finer and more comfortable than other bean bag chairs I've looked into. I am so happy with this purchase that I just purchased a blue one and am counting down the days until it arrives. I researched many places to purchase these chairs, both online and in stores, which were compareable in price, and am SO HAPPY I made the choice to buy it from Land of Nod!"

"I think I have had this bean bag chair for two years now. It is very durable. Great thing about it is that you can take off the cover and throw it in the washing machine. (I could not find something like this at stores like Target, etc.) Only complaint is that it could use some more filling. Mine is not as full looking as the ones in the picture."

Comfy for Kids AND Adults

"These are really comfy chairs - you don't sink into them like the kind made in the 80's. Everyone seems to love them. They are in our playroom basement but because of the handle, everyone seems to grab them and bring them to the 1st floor for movie night, or all the way up to the 2nd floor to the bedrooms for reading. Love the color selection and we have had them a year with no fading or tearing."
