Love this Bassinet
"This is the most beautiful (and functional) bassinet! We received this as a gift with our first baby, 6 years ago. We have used it for 3 babies now. This is the most precious piece of furniture we have ever owned.
It's perfect for keeping next to your bedside because you can slip a foot out from underneath the covers to gently rock the baby back to sleep.
It's a beautiful piece to add to your master bedroom, which is where our bassinet resided. It was not part of our nursery because we wanted the baby to be next to us for ease of nursing during that first 4 months.
We have treasured this piece of furniture and will likely keep it as an heirloom."

Beautiful and Beyond!
"I bought this lovely bassinet three yrs ago for my first grandchild. It is a beautiful addition to any nursery without sacrificing durability. Everyone who has seen it loves it and most importantly, so did my grandson! Adding to its charm are the bedding choices available here. It will soon be passed down to grandchild number 2 and I'm confident its looks and craftsmanship will last for many more!"

"I purchased this bassinet in espresso with the pink bedding in September, 2012. It was displayed at my baby shower and was the center of attention! Great material! Love the style and built-in shelf! I ordered it at the store and didn't have to pay for it to be delivered to my home (unlike some other stores who charge for everything)!"

"My mom bought this for us when we were expecting our first. It is gorgeous and durable. It will be a family heirloom for years to come. We even have little plate with our baby's name and bday placed on it!"

"We received this bassinet as a gift from dear friends for our second child. Since then, 5 other babies have used it during their first months. We decided it would be a great way to create an heirloom piece amongst family and friends. This bassinet is truly beautiful, sturdy and useful. We stored the babies necessities like diapers, wipes and extra onsies on the shelf just behind the skirt. Another great benefit is it's light enough to transfer from room to room without breaking your back. The rocking ability also was an added bonus! We just love this bassinet!!!"

Beautiful!
"This bassinet is absolutely beautiful and is the perfect size. It is much more sturdy than any other bassinet we looked at. My one issue was that the mattress is super flimsy. We ordered an organic mattress to replace it and it's perfect!"

Nice classic peice
"I love this bassinet. It was all I hoped it would be. Although, it can get a little dull and I'm not sure what is the safest to clean it with. It does not come as glossy/shiny as the picture."

"I needed a bassinet for my soon to be baby girl. I had researched online and this one is by far the most reasonably priced and beautiful. I ordered and received within a week! I assembled (8 mos pregnant), by myself ad it was super easy. Instructions were very easy. It is sturdy and just gorgeous! I'm so glad I bought it. I didn't see it since I live in Boston and there is not a store nearby, but I trust LON products and are very pleased!!"

Picture Perfect
"This bassinet is every bit as wonderful as it looks online. It's also very nice that it rocks forwards and backwards instead of side to side because once you child starts moving around a bit they can't tilt the cradle towards the side. I did have an issue with the bedding. I bought the natural colored bedding (which I believe has been discontinued?) and it shrunk terribly when I washed it according to instructions, so the bumper pulls away from the basket. Perfect basket. Beautiful bedding if you're willing to handwash every time your child spits up or has a blowout in the crade."

Perfect gift for new parents!
"After looking at all the bassinets online and in the stores I decided upon this one for my new grandaughter. My daughter is very particular so I really wanted to please her. I was so nervous since I had not seen the bassinet in real life, only online. When it arrived in perfect condition I was thrilled! The quality of the product was exceptional and it was beautifull! I knew immediately that she would love it. I had ordered the organic cotton ivory bedding set. It looked perfect with the dark wicker and could be used for boy or girl. It also was machine washable. My daughter was so surprised when she saw her new bassinet with a beautiful pink ribbon on it at her baby shower! She was thrilled! Her house has wood floors and the bassinet looked beautiful in the nursery as well as mommy and daddy's room and the living room. Now my grandaughter is in a crib and the bassinet holds stuffed animals in the corner of her room. It will be passed on to the next grandchild in the future. Thank you for offering such a wonderful perfect gift for new parents and baby."

Sturdy Classic Bassinet
"I have always admired the quality of Crate and Barrel products so when my grandson was born I knew I was going to purchase the baby furniture from Land of Nod. I was not disappointed. Beautiful set
"I love the look of this bassinet. Unfortunately the wicker base broke but it is holding together fine with glue - but that may have had something to do with baby's toddler brother's vists in the bassinet. The depth is great - I didn't feel like my baby could fall out, even if she pulled up on the side."

OK bassinet
"the bassinet by itself looks pretty. the bedding is very plain and cheap. i wish it was a little more colorful and nicer. the rocking action is barely there. not in love with it."
