going on 22 years of use
"Hi, I purchased this chair when our son was 9 months old, he has now graduated from college and we still use this chair every day. We have moved 8 times, lived in 3 different countries and this chair has been a useful part of our life in every location and phase. The chair is super sturdy and makes a great extra seat to pull up to the table, or as a step stool for years to come."

Fantastic investment!
"This high chair lasts forever and works for many ages. I wish I had gotten one with natural wood instead of painted, because the one I have is getting pretty scratched/scuffed up looking, but that's a minor complaint. I love the way the Tripp Trapp doesn't take up much space and functions similarly to a normal chair. I think this helps transitioning to be easier."

Best Baby Product I Bought
"Nine years and still in use. My 10 year old finally gave his up this summer and I debated between putting it in my office or giving it to a friend who just had a baby. This is one wonderful product because it keeps growing with your child, is sturdy, colorful and puts baby at the family's height. Can't say enough wonderful things about this product."

THE Chair for Life!
"We received this from our Land of Nod registry when I was pregnant and it is the best gift EVER! It has become a permanent fixture at our dinner table. I always wanted a chair that would pull up to the table so our daughter would be completely included during mealtime and this has worked perfectly for us! Our daughter is 4 and has used it from the time she could sit up alone until now. She will continue to use it until she is able to sit at the height of the table on her own. We will continue to use this for years to come!"

Wanted to love this
"Ah, the Tripp trapp. Very cool looking, made of nice wood, small footprint so can fit in small spaces, but... Pretty impractical. Difficult to get the baby in and out, the strap clips are tricky to manage with a squirmy baby, and the tray (sold separately) does not detach easily for cleaning. This chair is also extremely expensive. Honestly, I'm bummed that we got hooked into it. With all the money we put into the chair, the baby seat, and tray, we can't justify going to something else."

Best Longterm Investment
"We did not get one at our baby shower, so instead we returned an extra diaper bag towards it. OMG! We love this chair. It develops a strong family bond when we all eat dinner together, very important to us. So when #2 came very soon after, we had to have another. Santa brought him a green one. The kids love knowing which is their chair and have taken ownership. It also works great for BIG craft projects. Highly recommend because it grows with your child, and they will always have seat that fits them, and is theirs."

I LOVE this high chair!!
"I have been seaching all over for a cute high chair for my baby, I am sooo glad I got a Tripp Trapp. It was little bit of a splurge item but I have it look at it all day long in my kitchen! My baby is 3 1/2 months old and I just started putting her in it (they say for 6 months and up) but she loves it!! She loves being able to look and see what I am doing, It is still a little big for her. I purchased the baby seat and so rests herself on the front edge of it and loves it. I would recomend to anyone looking for a cute high chair!!!!"

Great Chair
"Its a great chair b/c kids can climb in and out by themselves and sit right at the table. I have a 2 and 4 year old and ended up getting one for each. The only negative is since there is no tray to help catch a lot of the food a lot more seems to end up on the floor than with a high chair but we just got a mat for under it and its not a big deal."

We like this so much, we own three!
"We have tall kids. This grows with your little ones! The large stable seat and foot area really helps little ones sit longer to eat, color, play, etc. We now have three of these wonderful chairs in fun colors. They look great in my kitchen too (and even function as a step stool for me occasionally)!"

Awesome high chair!
"We purchased this for my son and started using it as soon as he could sit up on his own (around 5 or so months) - and we LOVE it! It is nice that he can sit at the table, like a big boy, with us and can eat from the table instead of being off on his own like other high chairs. It is a bit pricey compared to other chairs - but since you can use it as they grow, I definitely think it is worth it."

love love love these chairs
"we just bought our second tripp trapp when our toddler refused to give up his for our newest addition to the family. my kids now sit right up at the table, just the right height, with no fears of them toppling the chairs over. they are the perfect match to my modern designed table! easy to clean and i get compliments on them all the time! i know these will be in our family for years -- strong enough for even me to sit on sometimes!"

Great Investment
"This is the second high chair I've bought since becoming a mother and I wish I had never gotten the first. I love the modern look of this and my daughter likes to be high at our table in a chair that she can climb into herself. I'm even debating about getting a second one so my baby can join us at the table too. It's the best high chair and I can't say enough good things about it. I only wish it came with the tray."

Wonderful Chair!
"Although I had to use my brain and the directions to assemble this chair, I love a challenge. My daughter loves to climb up to her seat and clip herself in. She can't unclip herself, which is great. I look forward to years of seeing her sit in this cool seat."

WE LOVE THESE CHAIRS!!!
"We are addicted to Stokke, and these chairs don't disappoint!! LOVE, LOVE them! We have 3....one for our 4.5 year old, one for our 2.5 year old, and one for our 7 month old with the baby kit. THEY ARE AWESOME!!! Adjustable to fit as they grow...holds my 200+ lb husband! ;)
We tried out A LOT of highchair options before purchasing these & we are sooo happy we chose the Tripp Trapps! Added bonus is they really blend in with our dining set, so nothing has to get put away after mealtime...BEAUTY MEETS PERFECT FUNCTION !!"

Simply the best!
"My 5 year old twins are using these every day (meals, homework, arts & crafts) since they were 6 months old. My baby (8 months old) is using her chair for all the meals and as a hangout spot when I work in the kitchen and she just wants to see me. I (130 lbs) use the chairs when I pay bills, feed the baby and so on. Originally we wanted something to match our existing furniture and compact and these exceeded our expectations. We liked the idea of the babies sitting at the table with us and learning to share a meal with a family."

Best High Chair Ever!!!!
"We have two Trip Traps, one is over thirty years old and has had a lot of abuse over the years, but has held up well. We had a second Trip Trap, because my older son was not willing to give his up. We love that the kids are right at the table with us and that they can use it for so long. A great investment that will be around for years."

great meals
"My daughter had been complaining of her legs going numb after a nice, long family meal. When I realized her legs were always dangling I began my search for a chair with foot support. Found this, bought a second for my baby, and now have long, happy meals! It really does make a difference and is worth the money."

excited then disappointed
"I was so excited to get this chair but found it hard to use and not functional for my child. The chair is beautiful and would be perfect for an older toddler and preschooler. I wanted it for my 12 month old. I don't like that it doesn't have a tray. I found that it was hard to adjust the straps and the height. I didn't like how the base stood out as we were always tripping over it. Again. I think that it is perfect for a toddler/preschooler to sit at the table."
