Beautiful furniture
"We got this bed along with the matching dresser and trundle for my 3 year old son. The furniture is beautiful. The trundle has come in handy so many times now. So glad we got this. I think my son's bedroom furniture looks nicer than mine."

Great look, great quality

Beyond Simple
"We just bought this bed for my 2 year old son. He loves it as a first big boy bed! We got the nightstand and he loves keeping legos in the drawer. I love the espresso one. The color looks great and adds to the style of the bed. Best choice so far!"

Good, but a little bare bones
"We like this bed for our 3 year old, but it isn't the sturdiest thing ou there. The frame for under the mattress is basically just a line of two-by-fours connected by a strip of fabric."

Gorgeous and solid
"We have random Nod pieces around the house, so when it was time to buy a big girl bed, this was our choice. It looks beautiful in my daughter's room, and we will definitely buy other pieces to match as she grows."

Great Purchase
"Love, Love, Love this bed! Purchased this for my 6 yr old son's big boy room. He loves it...he feels like a King....yesterday I found my 2yr old daughter on top of his bed asleep for her nap..she grabbed her pacifier and climbed on top and put herself to sleep....soo cute..the bed is well made and will never go out of style..classic and beautiful."

Stylishly Simple
"I love my son's espresso simple bed each time I wake him up and each time I tuck him in. We spend lots of time reading books together and the guard rail that matches made it a great transition from crib to big-boy bed."

GREAT bed
"Excellent quality, very sturdy and the wood color very nice. My boy who is 5 just love it !
Be careful if you buy the matching Twin Plush Simmons mattress, it doesn't completly fit onto the bed, it leaves about 3" space on the side... I would have prefered it to match better. The mattress is fantastic though, very confortable."

Love this bed
"This bed looks so beautiful in my daughter's room. I am now going to buy a second one for my other daughter! The only complaint I had is the foot board had a big ugly sticker on it about not putting children under 5 in a top bunk. But I didn't buy a bunk bed... The sticker did not come off easily (by design i'm sure) so I have to cover it up with her stuffed animals. Same with the bed rails."

great bed
"I bought this bed for my son's "big boy" room makeover. I love the clean lines and simple design. The wood is a little soft and dents/scratches easily, but overall I love this bed."

poor finish
"We purchased this bed and dresser two years ago for our son and are very disappointed by the quality of the espresso finish. It started chipping almost immediately and now looks horrible. Childrens bedroom furniture should be able to withstand normal wear and tear of a child crawling into bed without damage, and this has not."

scratches easily, tight fit
"Dents and scratches easily, which stands out with the light wood underneath the dark finish.
Bed does not accommadate both a comforter and quilt. I can barely get sheets and quilt to tuck in at foot of bed and frame."

Restful Nights
"For months my husband and I were dreading transitioning our 2 year old from the crib to a twin bed. Recently we purchased the Espresso Simple Bed from Land of Nod. Our son loves his new big bed! Mom and Dad are also so pleased with the quality of furniture and the restful nights! We had no problems at all making the “big bed” transition. The furniture looks great and will last for years to come. Horary to sleeping throughout the night! Thank you Land of Nod."
