Nice and brighten room

"I was concert it indicated "Professional installation recommended", since my husband and I always manage install things wrong, BUT not in this case!
Such a beautiful impact to my baby's room (playful and classic at the same time), it is however a much bigger lamp than I thought, it makes a statement just like the first review I read."

Great color

"The orange is a very "nice" orange--not putrid or neon. Easy to hang, came with everything needed for that. The only thing I don't like is the diffiuser--really knocks out alot of the light, especially with these new dang bulbs we have to use. This is our main ceiling light and I like ALOT of light in rooms. And, from what I can tell, the diffuser won't come off for use without. Haven't tried changing bulb yet, don't know how difficult that is."

This lamp makes a statement.

"This lamp is oversized and colorful so it can't help but make a statement. While it is contemporary it is also classy--largely because of the quality. We found it easy to install and used a 40-Watt Compact Fluorescent Bulb (150-Watt Incandescent Equivalent) to take advantage of the lamp's size. As a result, we are pleased with the amount of light it produces as a main source for the room."

"I got this for my childrens playroom and it looks great. It is quite large and puts off a lot of light. The color is very true to the picture. Made of sturdy materials."

Great Lamp

"My husband installed this lamp and it was no problem for him. It has tons of extra wiring so you can hang it at any length you want. It's bigger than I expected it to be but looks great. We put a dimmer on the switch and if we use an energy saver light bulb, it flickers. It doesn't have that problem with a regular light bulb. Maybe it was just the bulb??"

Nod Note: Thank you for your review. If you would like to use a CFL (Compact Florescent Lamp) with a dimmer switch, be sure to check the fine print on the packaging to make sure that the bulb is suitable for that application. Using the incorrect CFL can cause humming, flickering and will significantly shorten the life of the bulb.

Nice hanging lamp

"I thought the hanging lamp was pretty nice and well constructed but I had to return it b/c I was planning on using it as a secondary light source in the corner of my nursery but the light attaches to existing fixtures only, thus made for the center of my room. The site even recommends professional installation."
