Distinctive product at a great price!

"I LOVE LOVE LOVE this lamp & shade in my son's room! I had been looking all over for something distinctive, yet sports-oriented for my son's big-boy room (we chose the football shade). Most of the sports stuff out there is pretty cheesy and generic - but not this! I love the vintage look and you can't beat the price! I paid the same amount for this very special lamp as I did for a much more basic (aka, boring) wooden lamp and burlap shade from one of the large chain stores. As a bonus, it is also very functional and give off great, soft light. We use it mostly at bedtime to read our stories. But because of the bold colors, it still has impact in the daytime when it isn't even on. If you are wavering, I HIGHLY recommend that you go for this one!"

"This is a great lampbase--I bought the train shade to match and can pick another if my child's taste changes. This lampbase has taken some abuse and is still as good as new. Nice product-good value!"

"I registered for this lamp and was SO happy that someone gave it to me! We chose a transportation theme for our nursery and painted the walls different color greens with racing stripes. This lamp added the perfect finishing touch an the quality is quite impressive!"
