"Santa brought this tool bench to my son the Christmas that my son turned three. He is now a second grader and the bench itself was just retired this fall (to make room for his little sisters toys). The tools however are still in heavy rotation. He sister now loves to fix things around the house (and he isn't above helping her out from time to time). What stands out about this bench in that that you can really create little sculptures and actually "do" something with the tools."

Excellent Product, Great Customer Service
"After searching for a workbench for our 3-year old, we settled on this. It looked sturdy and well-made and, frankly, more fun than the other brands out there. We really liked all the extra elements (screws, etc to encourage dexterity in little fingers) that were included. It arrived ahead of schedule and, when a minor glitch was uncovered, the Land of Nod team worked quickly to resolve it painlessly. So now I have a happy child whacking the living daylights out of it and it is holding up beautifully."

Wonderful Workbench!
"This toy is just so much fun. Our son started playing with it when he was only 2 years old, and had a blast. He quickly learned to hit the pegs with the hammer and try to screw in the bolts! He even enjoyed just sorting all the shapes and colors of the nuts and bolts, and saying, "octagon!", "square!". I highly recommend."

Beautifully Crafted
"My husband and I bought this quality workbench for our grandson over two years ago. It is very well made, withstanding the hammering of a two year old and challenging more thoughtful play as he grows."

Mom and dad like it just as much as the tike!
"He loves it and we have a lot of fun playing with this bench. I looked at several options before I purchased this for my 2 year old this past Christmas. I liked this one the best because of size and felt that it was better built then some of the others out there. It is definitely a sturdy bench and has withstood hours of beatings by the hammer. I was just in a great toy store in Brussels, Belgium this past week and saw a this on the floor. It defiantly was loved by every kid that walked through the store and seems like it is going to last for years. Any tot that comes over for play goes straight for the bench and starts pounding away, so it has been a huge hit so far. The only reason I gave it 4 stars, as another reviewer mentioned, is I wish there was a way to buy more pieces. I have looked on the manufactures site and google, and have yet to find any separate pieces to buy. But, that being said there is still enough to have fun with."

Fabulous wood working bench
"Both my son's and daughter enjoy playing on this very sturdy little work bench. Many play dates have revolved around the theme of working together."

Cutest Workbench
"My toddler received this for Christmas and he LOVES it. I had researched the wooden workbenches out there (and even ordered another one) before discovering that Land of Nod carried this one. It's hard to find a distributor of this brand in the U.S. I love that it's sturdy and every detail is so adorable. There are also more pieces to build with than many other similar workbenches. He loves the saw and the vice and I know this will keep him happy and busy for years to come! Great product, and I was sooooo happy to get it on sale with free shipping before the holidays, :)"

Fun Tool Bench!
"I bought this for my 18 month old son for Christmas. He loves it! It is so cute, and really well made. I would definitely recommend it to others. He can't really use all the tools yet, but has figured out how to hammer the nails in and pull them out with the nail puller on the hammer. Love it!"

Gorgeous Bench
"My mother gave this to my daughter (ahem... me) for her 1st birthday. I am a sucker for wooden toys and I have always thought these "boy" toys were fun and I wanted my daughter to get the same enjoyment. Even though she's not even 2, she still has plenty of fun with this bench. She can't actually build things, but she's very often in the corner of the room banging away at her bench. It is incredibly sturdy and very easy to put-together; a quality product."

Fun and loud workbench
"Our three year old loves pounding nails and driving screws with his very own tools. Agree with other reviews that the nails drop almost all the way into the hole without pounding, but it doesn't stop the fun."

Great looking workbench
"Received this as a gift for my 2 year old. Workbench is very sturdy and looks great. I think my son will enjoy it more for years to come. He is too young to know how to use it properly. Have stored away for his 3 year old birthday."

Awesome quality
"We bought this when my son was 1, and he is now 4. He has always loved it, and all of the pieces have held up very well for the past 3 years. There are no sharp edges, every piece is very smooth. Plenty of storage room for all of the pieces that came with it, plus additional tools that we've added since then. We love it!"

Good for Creativity
"My three year-old son loves this. It is sturdy and well-made. He has had it for 6 months and it still looks brand new. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is I would like more bolts/screws. We are sometimes building and need more materials. Overall, a great find for the price!"

Lots of pieces to play with
"This is well made, the paint is holding up well to lots of banging. There is a good selection of tools and bolts to play with, my three year old enjoys it a lot. (Also good, no detectable odors when unpacked from the box.)"

Beyond cute!
"This was a gift for my two sons (2 and 4) and it is an absolute hit! It was easy to assemble, super sturdy and just plain cute. The kids love playing with the various tools, and there are plenty of pieces that there are few fights. Be warned though that your children may try sawing or hammering everything from crayons to silly putty on this workbench. Still I give an A+."

Great choice for grandson
"My grandson is not quite 3. We gave him the workbench for Christmas and it's his favorite thing to play with. He loves to pound, use the vise and use the saw. Definitely well worth the price."
