Great design, easy to assemble
"I bought this bookcase for my daughter after comparing it to a very similar one from another retailer. The other bookcase was about $100 more. I'm so glad I purchased this one! It was very easy to assemble, largely because it was so well labeled. The design is fantastic! It is charming and functional-- a great purchase!"

Great product
"I absolutely love this item an my daughter can't get enough of it. I would say to check the product thoroughly before putting it all together. There was a chip in a piece of the wood and my husband spent all the time putting it together anyways. I did not approve, but be already put all the hard work and effort into it so we did not exchange it. So, make sure you look over everything. It is very durable and sturdy and does not feel like it would be possible to chip so I'm surprised one of the pieces was messed up."

Well made
"This is a solid piece of furniture with lots of space. My 2 daughters store books on the shelves and still have room to play with their dolls. Once assembled it was difficult for me to move alone, and I see this as a positive. It is very sturdy ( although hardware is included to secure to a wall to prevent injuries from tipping). It is beautiful. And it is great for storage and play! How about a similar version for boys?"

"After shopping around for bookcase similar in look, making this purchase from LofN was worth it. The bookcase is beautiful, sturdy and well made. It a match made in heaven for my daughter's room. best purchase for girl
"I bought this for our 2 1/2 year old daughter, and she loves it!! It is fun to put different items in all the rooms of the dollhouse, like dollhouse furniture, books, magnetic dolls, silk flowers, etc. You can really personalize the look of the dollhouse according to what you use it for. She loves to play with it! Very good quality, I would highly recommend to anyone!"

Adorable bookcase
"We've had this bookcase for over 2 years now and it's still holding up well to daily use from my kids. We mainly use it as a bookcase, though without the books it functions nicely as a simple dollhouse. The smaller cubbies on the middle and bottom shelf are sized just right for canvas bins. The only minor drawback is that the scallop edge design on the top shelves (which is part of the charm of the bookcase) sometimes makes it difficult to retrieve items from these smaller spaces, but this is not a deal breaker."

Adorable
"My daughter loves books and this was a super cute way to display them and allow her to reach them on her own. When she gets a little older it wil be perfect if she wants to use it as a doll house instead. The size is great, sturdy, and it makes a nice focal point in her room."

Adorable for a little girl's room
"This bookshelf is simple to put to together and has stood the test of time. It looks adorable in my daughter's room and she loves pulling the books and toys from the shelves. It's heavy and well made plus the price is great compared to other bookshelves on the market. Look no further
"I've searched high and low for the perfect bookcase for my 2yr old daughter's playroom. I didn't want something too girly/pink. And I didn't want something too cartoonish that she will grow out of in a couple years. This bookcase is one of the few on the market that's green and gender neutral. I love its simple design and my daughter can use it as a dollhouse when she is a little older. The material is very good quality and the finished bookcase is heavy and sturdy. It's very easy to put together too (I did it by myself in about 15mins). I am really happy with this bookcase and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a bookcase/dollhouse. An excellent product from Land of Nod!!"

Beautiful and sturdy
"I love the fact that the dollhouse bookcase is green, so that it's not too girly, and the roof has super nice texture. My little girl loves to play peekaboo through its small window. It is also very easy to assemble. LoN's customer service is, again, beyond excellent. Ours came with some scratches on one side of the roof, and on one divider. As usual, LoN is super fast in responding and sending a replacement immediately. However, when it arrived, we realize that they sent the ENTIRE bookcase (two huge packages) instead of the defected pieces. I guess their storage costs are too high to keep pieces individually. Anyway, we ended up replacing the roof only, since we were both too lazy to unpack the two packages and to dissemble the whole existing bookcase. Just something to keep in mind: check all pieces before assembling, and do expect to receive the whole bookcase if you need replacement."
