PERFECT addition to room!
"We purchased two for our twins room & couldn't be happier, it really enhanced the appearance of the room & has such useful storage for a wide variety of items. We are limited on closet space & purchased some of the colorful bins to put clothes, blankets, diapers, etc in, they fit perfectly on the shelves & are colorful & classy at the same time! The bottom bins are great for stuffed animals & toys & easy for the kids to get to. This is a timeless piece and will be used for a very longtime in a variety of spaces. Very durable & fairly easy to assemble. I've already had 2 girlfriends & my sister in law order the exact same one. You will NOT be disappointed!"

Great Addition to Our Playroom
"I purchased two of these for my daughter's playroom and they are fantastic. They hold so much and have allowed us to organize all of my daughters books and toys. The bottom bins are an added bonus!"

Awesome Bookcases
"I purchased two of these for my one year old daughter. They are great, very good quality and tons of storage space. I love the storage in the bottom great for quick clean ups! I also ordered some of the storage bins too so it looks alot like the pictures. Great buy!"

quality product
"I bought two of these bookshelves in white. I love them because they've got a little more style than your average bookcase. I also love the bottom shelf for the toys that are too bulky (dolls, stuffed animals, balls) to stay in a basket. It's a sturdy bookcase that will last."

Solidly built bookcase
"I was impressed with how well the pieces were made, and how easy the assembly was. This bookcase is sturdy and good thing, since I think it will get LOTS of use over the next 15+ years. I did not realize that it was 'distressed' along the edges, not a big deal, but didn't notice that before my wife bought it."

Exactly what I was looking for
"I had been looking for a multi-purpose bookcase and this fit the bill perfectly. I use the top shelf for a lamp and knick-knacks, the middle shelves for books, and the bottom for loose toys. I love that the bottom storage has a "lip" so the toys don't fall out. I shopped several places both locally and online, and I kept coming back to the Bankable bookcase from LON...so glad I decided to buy. And a bonus was the shipping was super fast!"

Well made
"So these were not easy to put together....kind of time consuming. But once assembled, they are really well made and durable. I purchased mine about 2 years ago and they look as good as they did the day I got them. We have two in white and are happy with the purchase."

Best Purchase Ever!
"I bought this bookcase for my son when he was a year old (I could barely fit anything on it then). I loved, loved, loved it then, and I absolutely love it even more now ( he's almost three). I am totally able to adapt the shelves to fit his growing needs. He loves it too, as it is easy to reach toys/games/activities he likes, and I can keep toys that need my assistance out of his reach. The shelf is super durable, beautiful and easy to assemble as well."

DIdn't care for the "gently rubbed edges"
"Unfortunately I didn't realize these had "gently rubbed edges". When they arrived I called customer service to explain a manufacturing defect and was told that is how they are supposed to be. They would get 5 stars if it was solid white. Anyways, I got different bookcases. I do love this style however.
LOD please make these in solid white for future customers!"

Outstanding Playroom Storage
"Bought 3; they banked perfectly. Added a few bins for small pieces. Setup allows kids to see options to play instead of having all piled in toyboxes of deep, dark bins that hide things. Kids love function; I love the function and look. Well made. Thanks, LoN!"

Great toy storage
"I purchased two for our toy room and they have been excellent at storing our toys. I originally was looking for some with doors on the bottom to help hid the clutter but with baskets I purchased and the open bin at the bottom I feel it gives easier access."

Versatile bookcase! Attractive too!
"I bought this bookcase for my son when he was a newborn and it has grown with him over the years. The top shelf is perfect for pictures and keepsakes. The middle shelves hold books of most sizes as well as colorful strapping storage cubes-with toys. The bottom cubby is great for hard to store toys and stuffed animals. This shelf is a lot of bang for your buck!"

Great Bookshelf
"The product was easy to put together, looks great, and is a solid heavy piece of furniture. We have two - one in the playroom and one in my daughter's nursery. I love that the bottom shelf has a lip so I can throw in any of her bigger toys that don't fit on the shelves. It also makes the toys she uses a lot easily accesible to her."

A MUST have for any child's room!
"I shopped around for a bookcase/wall storage unit for my daughters room and I fell in love with this one. I ordered 2 and they are just awesome. They are a perfect size for any size room with TONS of storage space. I also purchased the storage baskets as shown and they look bright and neat on the bookcases. When you bank them together they look like a wall storage unit not a plain old bookcase. The bottom bins are great for an easy clean up for any toys, stuffed animals or whatever you want to pick up from the floor. Great quality and are very classy looking not cheap. I'm so happy with this purchase and I'll be sure to shop with Land of Nod again! Don't hesitate..buy this item."

Good Storage But Not Easy to Assemble
"I looked for a long time to find the right storage unit for my 5 YO daughter's books and toys. I like the look and storage capacity of the Bankable Bookcase, which is in her bedroom. My one complaint is the assembly. Most of it went together without a problem and the directions are clear. However, to connect the bead board back panel to the bookcase, you have to use a lot of small wood screws with a hand screwdriver. There are explicit directions NOT to use electric tools. Holes are not predrilled on the bookcase. This final step was extremely difficult and painful. I hope LON can find an easier way to attach the back panel. Until then, you may need someone to help you with the assembly."

Love, Love, Love!
"I absolutely love this bookcase! I'd been eyeing it for quite some time before I actually purchased it. Nothing out there compares to it! This bookcase is a quality piece of furniture -- and blends easily with any style of decor and other furniture. It is in my 5 year old daughter's room. I wanted something for organizational purposes, that also looks great -- this is perfect. I put decorative, and breakable, things on the top shelf....and books/toys on the others.....we load up the bottom bin with stuffed animals! Worth every penny, if you ask me!!!!"

Great bookcase, but warning sticker ruined finish
"We purchased this bookcase for our toddler and absolutely love the look and functionality of it - the storage bin at the bottom is such a bonus! BUT, the warning sticker applied by the manufacturer was placed on the backing of the top shelf - on the front of the bookshelf. When we tried to remove it with just our fingers, it ruined the finish of the bookshelf. Now there is a large, very visible blemish, which is frustrating after paying full price...."
