Gift that is still giving
"As I had already helped furnish my first grandchild's room with pieces from Land of Nod, I was searching for a small companion gift for the hospital visit. The reason I selected the Alphabet Cards was that I was charmed by the characters and adored the colors. This was the perfect gift! But three years later, we are still playing with the cards, enjoying the animals, learning letters and celebrating the day he arrived. Thank you for the your wonderful selction of children's furnishings."

Magnificent set of cards
"I purchased a set of these years ago when we had only one child (that child is now 12 years old), and they have been used in many different ways, from teaching tools, to home decor. They are stunning cards, very well made. Great for display because they are beautiful, safe to hand to a child (though not to one who is still interested in putting things in their mouth) because they are sturdy, and so on. The artwork is also wonderful. Adults and kids will enjoy viewing these cards. This is a purchase I am still happy about years later :O)"

My son loves these!
"We registered for these, primarily so that I could spell out my son's name on his nursery wall. I love the way they look in his room and now that he's older (19 months), he loves visiting them and making animal sounds as we tell him the names of the animals. He also now loves looking through the other cards and pointing out the acessories each animal has with it (hat, musical instrument), etc. Overall, he loves these and I love that they're cute enough to hang on the walls!"

Love them!
"These cards are even better then I had hoped for. They are a great size for framing and using as artwork in our baby's bedroom. The pictures are adorable. They are the perfect price for decorating a room to look classy without paying a lot to achieve the look."

"These are absolutely adorable! I hung these by my 1yr old's crib and he loves to look up at them and make all the animal noises. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is that though they are geared towards infants/toddlers some of the animals I've never heard of myself!"

Great Design
"WOW, I was thrilled when these beautifully designed 8x10" alphabet cards arrived for my grandchildren's playroom. Although each of the 26 cards are prints, they look like artistically rendered watercolors. The charming animal will soon be placed in The Land of Nod companion white frames and hung in a large grouping in the grand's room."

Great for a gender-neutral nursery
"We framed 3 of these (A, B, and C) in our pale green nursery before our son was born (didn't know the gender). The colors are soft and the images are sweet. They look great -- kind of vintagy and cool. Now I'm going to get 3 more frames and frame the cards for his initials, TJM. They are so pretty, we don't actually use them as "flash cards" because I'm afraid they'll get ruined."

Learning artwork

"I loved the artwork on these large 8 x10 cards. I wanted to create a nursery that encourages learning and developement and grow with the baby. I plan to use these cards as artwork for the newborn baby nursery then as he gets older I will use the as a learning tool. The only reason I took one star off was because I wish the cards were printed on a heavier duty cardstock, they are a little flimsy for my liking."

Alphabet Cards
"The cards are an excellent way to begin vocabulary development with your child. We would practice while eating breakfast in the morning. I would show him the cards and say the words. Eventually, he learned to say the words.
In addition to learning the words, the child also begins to learn the alphabet.
He was very proud of his accomplishment.
The alphabet cards are attractive, not cluttered with too many details and they help a child make a conncection between an animal and a word."

Not Just for Decoration
"A friend of mine sent these ABC cards when my son was born...because my son was born early we didn't really have a chance to decorate his nursery until much later. As such, these cards ended up in my diaper bag for entertainment at doctor appts, restaurants, airports, etc.,...basically anywhere we had to wait! Someone even suggested punching a hole in one corner and looping the cards together with a ring to make flipping through them easier. The long and the short of it is that I feel like we get more use out of them in my bag than if they were just hanging on my son's walls..."

Puts the FUN in learning
"My children love these wall cards. They have a great time "playing" with them and going through the alphabet. Keeps them interested in learning and actively participating in the "game". Loads of fun and exciting for them as well as me."

Great for a boy's room
"I hung the entire alphabet in my son's room on the one wall that remained blank after all my decorating. They took up the entire wall and really look great. He just turned two and can already identify most of the animals. I guess if you stare at something long enough, you eventually learn it. The colors are rich and don't look "girly" at all, which many of the others did. They're interesting animals that will grow with him, too, which I appreciate. I'm a big fan of these."
