Impressive First Guitar

"I bought this guitar for my grandson and was very impressed even when I first opened the box it arrived in. It's own zippered "leather'" case, just like Grandpa's ,even down to the guitar pick. My Granson was so excited and eager to learn. An excellent gift for any young inspiring musician! I would reccoment this guitar for any child, and can't want to order another one for my younger grandchildren as they get a little older. Excellent product!"

Don't Waste Your Money

"Everyone else reviewing this product purchased it for 2-3 year olds but I bought it for my 6 year old daughter based on the age recommendations and it's a piece of junk. It's a fine TOY but don't expect to play a single song on it. I don't know why they bother with a song book since the strings can't be tuned and it absolutely is not a functioning musical instrument."

Perfect For Music Play

"My three-year-old son loves this guitar. It's just the right size for him, and he loves to put on shows and make up songs. If you're looking for a first guitar for real music, however, this is not the right purchase. The strings do not actually hold in tune, and it cannot be used for actual music. For playing around and being three, though, it's perfect."

"This guitar is just like an adult one, only small enough for my 3-year old to play with. It has fostered his love of music and singing—he even writes songs while strumming his guitar. I don't know if it actually would tune well because he's constantly messing with the strings. But he absolutely loves it and so do I. Great price too!"

"I ordered this guitar for my daughter's third birthday. She loves musical instruments and this guitar was so perfect. I have to say we were all excited about it including my husband who now wants to get a real one for himself. This guitar is a real instrument, well made and perfect for your little ones. "What a great Christmas gift from Santa for my little boy. I was looking for a guitar that a 4 year old could handle and that resembled a real one. I found this one and he loves it. He plays songs on it and sings for me. It even comes with a nice case. It's made really well."

"We purchased this for my 5 year old son for Christmas 2008. He LOVES it and we are so happy with the package! The darling little guitar includes a large pick, strap, case and little booklet! If you look at other on-line toy stores you will find much higher prices! This is GREAT for a child that has interest in instruments! We will probably upgrade him to one that has real strings (easier to find replacement strings) as he grows older if the interest still remains this high! I'm assuming this guitar will be around long after he outgrows it's size! We couldn't be more pleased! Thank you!"
