Jack, the Bunny in the Box
Look out Jack. Bunny means business. Crank the handle and the Here Comes Peter Cottontail melody rings out. Since Bunny already had that song in his favorite playlist, he'll recognize it right away. Before you know it, he'll pop out of the box to the delight of children everywhere or at least those in the immediate vicinity. Repeat ad infinitum. Disappointment
"This is the first item I am returning from Land of Nod. The quality is very poor...the music is drab and when I tried it, the lid didn't always open. When the lid actually did pop up, the bunny gets stuck and doesn't come out."

Poor Quality
"For the price I paid, I really expected better quality - I m in the process of returning this item. The tin arrived bent, the lid shifted and had to be clicked into place, the music was lackluster (no exciting "POP" to accompany the bunny)."

Cute Easter Gift
"I bought this toy for my son for Easter and he loved it! It's really cute and well made. My only issue is that it can be a little difficult to get the bunny back into the box and if he isn't in there just right he won't pop out."

Scary for Baby
"I bought this for my little girl. She's not a big laugher, so I was hoping to get some giggles. While cranking the lever, she smiles and loves the music, but when the bunny comes out at the end in what's supposed to be a wonderful surprise, it scares her (and the dog) and the dog ran out of the room in terror and the baby cried hard. Perhaps better for an older child."

Cute Toy, tad bit over priced...
"The Bunny in the box is an adorable toy but it is a little difficult to latch the lid. Especially for a child.

Nice Twist on Old Favorite
"Bought this for my 15-month old son who immediately sported the hugest grin as soon as we first began to crank the handle. I was afraid that he would be startled by the bunny, but he wasn't. He always smiles as soon as he hears this melody."

"This is always good for 15 - 20 minutes of entertainment. My son was a bit startled at first but he enjoys it very much now. He does not meet the age requirement but it was a nice little Easter gift. He likes to try to turn the handle himself."

Cute but felt cheap!
"It's a cuter version of the typical jack in the box and my niece likes it, but I didn't feel that it was high quality for the price. The Peter Cottontail song that it plays is almost unrecognizable and the lid was uneven and barely shut."

The Perfect Easter Gift
"At first I hestitated to buy this for my one-year-old grandson, because I thought he may be frightened of an animal popping out at him. But my son and daughter-in-law tell me that he likes it so much that he carries it around with him, by the bunny, with the box dangling. Whenever the box is closed, he hurries over to them to crank it and make it pop because he wants the bunny so much. I was so happy that it was such a big hit."

Great 1st Easter Gift
"I gave birth to our 4th child a week before Easter. I searched and searced for a gift to put in his/her Easter basket b/c we did not know what we were having. This is not only great for boy or girl, but it is a wonderful way for my other chldren to interact with the baby. Of course, she was too young on Easter, but this toy lends itself well to many future opportunities to interact with and entertain her.

Great vintage toy
"I love vintage toys, and this definately looks vintage. It is very cute, and I remember playing with one similar when I was young. It is still a little difficult for my 1 1/2 yr. old to figure out (the handle) but he is getting the hang of it. Great quality."

A Great Bunny Surprise
"My 12 month old daughter loves this toy. She smiles everytime the bunny pops up. It plays "Here Comes Peter Cottontail" in a soft music box style. The box feels like aluminum and is very light. She can't quite turn the handle herself yet, but she tries. Very cute, simple and fun."
