Four stars for Stripey Stripe
"Upon the impending arrival of our first born and going through a sort of frantic nesting mode, I made the very satisfactory purchase of the Navy/Red Stripey Stripe rug for the nursery. I felt confident in the potential quality, as well as ultimate versatility of this rug--I wanted a rug that I knew would grow with him. It was exciting and refreshing to lay the rug down and have it really pull everything together. It brought a real sense of warmth and colorful brightness to our little one's new digs!"

great rug for kids' room!!
"We love the look of this colorful rug - it gives the room a warm, vibrant feel. It is very soft (with accompanying rug pad), but does not shed. Our oldest is a very active 2 1/2 year old boy. I've had this for several months and don't agree with reviewers who say it pulls easily. If it does pull, the pulls are not detectable. I would describe the blue stripes as more royal than navy."

great rug
"I purchased this rug about 3 years ago for the nursery. It has been heavily used by both of my sons and is still in the nursery. It coordinates perfectly with the blue, green, yellow color scheme that we have in the room. The colors have not faded at all. There are a few pulls in the rug here and there (which is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5), but the pulls do not detract from its beauty. Very soft and ideal for babies to play!"

Perfect fit
"We are loving this rug in our new baby's room. Very soft underfoot, and it seems like it will be very durable. We have the light green/light blue stripe - the multitude of colors are great, as it can coordinate with lots of other decorations in the room. Also, checkout was easy and the shipping was fast. We highly recommend the rug (and this website)!"

Beautiful but a bit delicate
"We love the way the rug looks and feels--as other reviewers have noted, it is thick and plush. However, the loops seem to pull out easily...I have had to cut off at least 10 rug loops in the 6 months since we've owned the rug. And it's not as if the rug is in a high-traffic area, so it seems a bit delicate."

SO Disappointing
"This rug is fantastic...for a little while. Like other reviewers said, the colors are great and the rug is very comfortable underfoot. But the way it pulls is UNBELIEVABLE. I have had this in my daughter's room for 15 mos now and the pulls have become so bad that I have ordered a new rug from a different store. One area pulled so that the yarn was completely removed leaving a big gaping hole! If you don't mind having to replace this rug within a year then get it. If you want your rug to last longer, you should probably find a different one. It's such a shame b/c everything else we have ever ordered from LofN has been of superior quality. :-("

Ohhhh the pulls
"We got the blue/red rug for my 4 year old son's room. The colors are great and with the rug pad underneath the rug is nice and cushy. However, the day after we got it our cleaning person vacuumed the rug and now it has tons of pulls. AHHH on a brand new rug. Not sure how I am supposed to keep it clean if I can't vacuum it."

Cushy rug but constantly pulls
"We bought this rug for my son's bedroom. It's so cushy and soft and very comfortable on your feet. The BIGGEST problem is that it pulls constantly. We do not wear shoes on it at all but somehow it gets constant pulls that I have to clip with scissors. It's very aggravating. I have rugs from several stores because all of our floors are hardwood and none of them do this but this one. I'm surprised more people aren't complaining about this. If it wasn't so hard to ship back, I would have sent it back immediately."

Cute, Cushy and Eco-Friendly
"We were torn between buying very expensive New Zealand wool wall to wall carpeting with eco-padding for our newborn twins room until we found this rug which is just as earth and eco-friendly. It is not easy finding a kids-themed rug that is both "green" and cute.
Even if you don't care about being green, the colors are great and it's really cushy beneath your feet. Again, having priced out striped wool carpeting the same size, this turned out to be a very good buy."

returned it
"it is so hard to buy a rug online, simply bc the colors are bound to be different on your computer monitor than in real life. such was the case for this rug. i bought the round and round rug for my son and was and still am very happy with it, so i decided to give another LON rug a try. first of all, i did not see ANY purple or lavender in this rug at all. secondly, the colors were much darker in person. the green in it was just too harsh for my liking. i wanted to like the rug, and i just thought it was "ok". well, im not about to drop $600 on an "ok" rug. also, i can see this rug getting lots of pulls in it. it arrived with several pulls and a stain. i might have been able to get the stain out and clip the pulls, but i intead returned it free of charge as it was considered damaged. all looped rugs will have pulls in them. but a design like this, i think its harder to conceal the pulls. my sons rug is so colorful and has circles all over it, so you cannot see the pulls as much. however i do clip them about once a month."

happy looking rug
"We boght the navy/red for our son's room. Somehow I expected the navy blue to be the more dominant color, but it's not so. The colors are strong and happy and I needed to tone down the room with a lot of dark navy. But it does look nice and it is soft and pleasant to walk on. Not recommended if you have cats though. It gets damaged easily if they scratch at it."
