Great addition to kids room
"This is a great piece for any child's room. It may seem slightly high in price but compared to other lines it is really solid and well built. Our daughter loves to sit in front and pull out book after book from the cubbyholes. We ordered the cushion for the top to soften the edges and provide a great place to crawl on top and let her display her stuffed animals."

Perfect nursery bench!
"I bought this bench to allow for more seating in the nursery and I'm very happy with the purchase! It was easy to assemble, made of good quality and very functional. When our baby gets in the toddler phase, he can easily access his toys with the bins low to the ground. Meanwhile, all the toys are tucked away out of site. I purchased 2 canvas cubes as shown in the picture and they are perfect. Aside from the product, Land of Nod efficiently delivered this item without any hassle. They are awesome to deal with!"

Great for storage and a growing toddle
"We bought this bench for our soon-to-be two year old. It fits perfectly under a window and was more storage space than we anticipated. An unexpected plus is that it is sturdy enough for us to sit on it when we read to her. It's very well made and looks fabulous. Our child loves that she is able to pull out the cubes on her own and get at the toys."

Excellent bench
"This bench is high quality, sturdy and easy to assemble. The perfect addition to our playroom, it provides great storage and a nice spot for grownups to sit! Land of Nod customer service was also easy to deal with, as our first bench arrived with damaged parts. A new bench was sent out quickly, and damaged bench returned without shipping charge and hassle-free. I would definitely order again from Land of Nod."

Awesome Bench!
"I had been searching for the perfect bench to go in our entryway. This one is perfect! It is very well made and easy to put together. It held up when our washer flooded and leaked water every where. Some of our cheap furniture did not.
Also, thank you Land of Nod for shipping to APO addresses! We really appreciate it."

Great Buy!!
"I searched for months to fine the perfect solution for a new mudroom. This was not only the best priced option, but it was also the best quality. It was very easy to put together which was a bonus! I do wish that Land of Nod sold baskets that fit the whole cubby space. All of their baskets run short so you waste space at the back. I did find baskets at another retailer that filled the space fine, though."

"I bought this two years ago and I have had it in every room in my house- and it works- it holds toys and shoes - and somewhere for people to sit a minute- (not long when you have three kids) I even recovered the cushion of the fabric I have through the house so now it looks custom!! Currently I have it in my kitchen against a window to my backyard- love that the kids can play outside and then come in a put shoes away instead throughout the house!!! Have told a couple friends to get and they love it too!!"

Great product initial problems.
"During assembly I found that one of the screws was the wrong size and after clearing that up with the manager of the store I found that the back piece was not fitting just right which prompted another call to the store. I must say that if these two small problems showed me anything it was how great the customer service is. The manager was very upbeat which made me feel at ease. He was very professional and addressed the problems very quickly. Great job. My daughter in law loves the unit and I am sure will want more products from the store. Product gets a 4 (only because whoever packed it got it wrong otherwise in it's finished state it gets a 5) and Customer service a 10."

Cute, but not practical
"This bench looks great in my daughter's playroom, but it doesn't seem very sturdy. My two year old daughter never wants to sit on it and I'm too afraid that if I sit on it, it may break. I ordered a red cushion to go with it and the red is an odd shade -- lighter than I expected. The velcro strap that affixes the cushion to the bench isn't tight, but hangs down."

Great Quality
"I bought these benches to fit under the windows in my son's room. They hold lots of books and have withstood hours of toy cars running into them and sippy cups set on top. I didn't get the cushions since neither color matches the room (would like to see a bigger selection) but right now they are nice to use without cushions as bookshelves that are just his height."

Great window seat/bookcase
"This has been a perfect play place for our girls. They love sitting on it and looking out the window or reading books. It sits between our girls' beds and holds most of our bedtime books."

Fits Perfectly
"I bought the blue cushion to go with the white 3 cube bench. The cushion fits perfectly with two velcro straps. If you use a bin in the cube bench, you won't notice the little bit of hanging strap. The "blue" really is a dark denim blue. Not the same blue as the canvas bins. I think it goes well with the white bench and the navy blue canvas bins even though the blues are different colors. The cushion is thin but it is dense - when I sit on it, I can't feel the bench underneath. My kids love to climb up onto the bench and my little one loves to put her face on the cushion like she's about to fall asleep!"

perfect with the 3-cube bench
"I ordered the red denim cushion to go with the navy 3-cube bench. They look terrific together and I like how the cushion is made to sit snuggly (with the velcro straps) on the bench - this is a key feature! The color was just as I expected and the fabric seems durable. The only thing I would have liked (and would have then given it 5 stars) is if it had been made a little bit thicker and cushier (it's a firm but thin foam). Perhaps this would have raised the price point and that's why it is what it is. Overall, though, I'm quite happy with it and it looks fantastic with my navy 3-cube bench and shelves that I also ordered."

"I love the bench, construction, size everything is high quality and as expected, except for the cushion cover. The color did not arrive as expected. It describes the cushion as blue (looking like navy canvas on the website), but it arrived to us as a dark denim. Denim fabric, is quite different from blue or navy canvas or cotton. The denim does not match the room we purchased for, but we are going to make due. I also wish there were more colors options for the cushion covers."

Cushion Review....
"I wrote a great review on the bench but i'm not very satisfied with the cushion.
i ordered the blue one and was expecting it to be a solid navy or dark blue, it's not. it's a denim. i will be making some sort of cover for it because i don't care for a red one either. i wish more options were available being this isn't in my child's bedroom or playroom. it's in our main living area.
also, the velcro straps that attach it to the bench top are a little too long and the excess hangs down."

Great book storage and made well!
"These were so well made - my kids used two benches together as a window bench and book storage and the furniture withstood a lot of wear and tear and held up extremely well! Very impressed with the look and quality!"
