Great lamp shade, but problems with lamp base
"We bought this lamp for our daughter's room and it's very cute. We had trouble with the base assembly. It was not fitting together, so we contacted customer service and they got us a new one right away. (Great customer service!) The second base wasn't a perfect fit, but it works. Considering the cost, we were disappointed in the overall quality of the base. Love the lamp shade, though! Five stars for the shade - three for the base."
