perfect gift
"I bought this set for my one year old at the time. He and his older brother have had fun playing with this set and organizing the food or just playing with the little wooden crates that it comes in. I have used the crates as wall decor after seeing it in the Lanf of Nod catalog. Great gift for preschool age. Lots of fun!"

Great toy for little chefs
"We put this toy (unwrapped) under the tree last year for Christmas with a bunch of other toys, and our son made a beeline for it. He loved it immediately and has played with it every day since. My son is 3 now, and he has always loved to pretend to cook. The toy holds up pretty well, but the paint on some of the fruit and vegetables is chipped from falling on the floor. Other than that, they are awesome."

Deliciously Fun!
"Out of all the wooden food items in their kitchen, these are their favorite. Sometimes they spend an hour just dumping all the food items out and re-sorting them. As a mom, that's a sign that this is a great toy set!"

Will last for years
"When my sister said my nephew had no food for his new play kitchen, that had to be solved with this set. I'm not a big fan of plastic play food, someone always bites something and the food is ruined. Not that biting wooden food is any better, there are still teeth marks but they won't do it twice!"

Perfect food choice
"i have a 3 1/2 year old daughter and she needed food to play with but i was over with buying food in bulky cases and ALOT of food at once for that matter. This solved it all and it fits PERFECTLY in her kitchen and it gives storage as well. I def. recommend this product!!"

Fun to Play with and Clean Up
"Best toy ever and necessity for any child with a play kitchen! Pieces are well-made and even fun to clean up - feels somehow satisfying to find all the pieces and put them back into the cute crates based on food groups.
Guess my only comment is that having garlic is a little random (wouldn't it be better to have a veggie/fruit a child would actually come in contact with?), and that the hot dog/hamburger look a little unappealing due to the color."

Very Fun & Cute
"I love this product. We have had our product for about 4 years now and they still look really good. some pieces have some minor chipping where they have been used and abused by my sons and many of their friends. I like that they are solid wood and painted simply. They don't try to hard to make it look real and I think it comes across better that way."

Cool kit
"We bought this set for my daughter for Christmas when we purchased a play kitchen for her. This little set has a bit of everything in it. The little crates it comes with makes great little storage boxes for the items when she puts them in her "fridge". Well worth the money."

Hours of fun.
"My daughter plays with this constantly. She fills and empties the little trays, then makes "meals" for the whole family. The quality is much nicer than other sets I've seen. And I love the bit of humor with the chicken leg and fish..great gift."
