Like a quilted, fluffy cloud!
"I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of this changing pad. Most changing pads on the market are flimsy and just plain un-cute! This changing pad, however is not only uber adorable (goes perfectly in my little guy's nautical themed nursery), it is thick, cushy, quilted and so much more durable. The stripes are a dark navy."

"I got this changing pad cover for our baby's nautical themed nursery. I love the soft quilted texture... Nice and thick! Great quality and I was happy with the dark navy color!"

Not quite blue
"Just received this changing pad cover. Although it is nice and thick, and looks durable, the color isn't quite as described. The stripes look more black than blue. It would have been better if the color was actually blue"
